An MS-13 gang member who murdered a 20-year-old autistic girl in Maryland in 2022 was allowed to attend school while police waited to make an arrest.
But that's not the worst thing about the case of Salvadoran murderer Walter Martinez, who was arrested at the southwest border and released on President Joe Biden's orders, but pleaded guilty last month to the murder of Harford County's Kayla Hamilton.
School officials had no idea that a dangerous murder suspect was on campus.
It's unclear how many more Americans must die at the hands of Biden's “immigrants” before the administration stops the madness at the border.

For Kayla's mother, Tammy Nobles, the nightmare began in July 2022, when Martinez killed Hamilton, The New American reported.
Martinez entered the country as an “unaccompanied alien child” through the Rio Grande Valley border in March of that year. The Biden administration released him to live with his sponsor, a cousin.
The Salvadoran gunman strangled the girl with a telephone cord and, as she told Baltimore's Fox 45, “then left her on the floor like trash.”
Police in Aberdeen, Maryland, had surveillance footage that identified Martinez as the killer, and they arrested the undocumented immigrant, who was 17 at the time, in January 2023.
But to his horror, Fox 45's Project Baltimore reported that after waiting six months for DNA test results, he was allowed to attend school.
“By fall 2022, Martinez had been placed in foster care by Child Protective Services while police awaited the results of DNA testing,” the station reported. “He has since enrolled at Edgewood High School.”
More from Fox45:
Under Maryland law, because Martinez had not yet been charged with murder he was able to attend Edgewood High School and authorities, including Child Protective Services, were not required to inform the school about his past, but Nobles believes someone should have.
Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) told Fox 45 in a statement when Martinez enrolled in school in October 2022: “No information in our possession suggested he was a danger to other students or staff. HCPS does not have unfettered access to information held by law enforcement that may suggest a potential student may be dangerous, gang associated, or a suspect in a violent or disturbing crime.”
Nobles realized the obvious: A murder suspect shouldn't be allowed to roam the halls of a high school. If he needs an education, he can get it online.
Fox45 listed a list of agencies involved in murder investigations but did not notify the school about the new students.

“However, when Martinez enrolled at Edgewood High School, no one involved informed the school that a suspected murderer was walking the halls with 1,400 other students,” the department reiterated.
In January, shortly before Martinez pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 70 years in prison, Hamilton's family announced they were suing the Biden administration for $100 million in damages.
Rachel Morin
Police say Hamilton is not the only victim of MS-13 gang members in Harford County.
More recently, Rachel Morin, a mother of five, was found dead on Mama & Pa Trail after police allege Salvadoran thug Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez brutally beat her to death on August 4, 2023.
According to a New American report on the case, the family's lawyer told the New York Post that Morin “suffered between 10 and 15 wounds to the head and that the cause of death was strangulation and blunt force trauma.”
Her head appeared to have been caved in by a rock, the Post reported.
The killer dragged Morin through the woods to a drainage ditch where he then abandoned her.
Fox News reported in July that Hernandez was a fugitive from murder charges in El Salvador and crossed the border in February 2023.
The following month, he attacked a woman and her daughter in California, and DNA from the crime scene matched that found on clothing left in Maryland.
Officers tracked him to Oklahoma, where they arrested him while he was “casually sitting at a bar,” Tulsa police said.
Laken Riley
Women who jog alone seem to be a favorite target for illegal immigrant killers.
The other victim was Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student who was killed on a road near the University of Georgia campus in Athens.
Biden's “immigrant” Jose Ibarra has been accused of this crime. He has pleaded not guilty to multiple felony murder charges, including felony murder during aggravated assault with the intent to commit rape.
The Southwest Border Patrol apprehended Ibarra in February 2022 as he was attempting to enter the country illegally and released him.
Police had him on their radar for crimes against children, but he was never charged.
Instead of deporting him, the Biden administration gave him a work permit.
