It continues to make Democrats' defense of Salvador's illegal foreigner, Kilmer Abrego Garcia.
The latest on “Maryland Husband and Father” adds more evidence to what Garcia has already announced that it is exactly what the Trump administration said. He is a dangerous MS-13 member and is justly deported.
As New American reported earlier this week, the Tennessee Highway Patrol stopped Garcia in 2022 with a vehicle packed with half a dozen passengers. They suspect he is trafficked. Latest: The vehicle owner was convicted of human smuggling, only revealed by the news. The website also reports that the Biden administration has flagged domestic abusers as “suspecting aliens” involved in human trafficking.
The news is even more eggs on the faces of Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen and other happy, blind Democrats who travelled to El Salvador in vain hopes of securing Garcia's release. Salvadoran President Naibe Bukere said it would never happen.
SUV Owner ID'D
Van Hollen and his gang may not be satisfied with the latest one, especially given that they support what only last week's news reported.
Abrego Garcia was flagged in 2022 as a “subject foreigner” involved in “human smuggling/trafficking” after the state's traffic stop raised suspicions of state troopers, according to homeland security documents. …
(a) suggests that, as his wife and lawyers have argued in the press, illegal immigrants were not fathers of a peaceful, law-abiding “Maryland.”
surely. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documented his encounter with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, which stopped Garcia in the suburbs of Black Chevrolet in 2001. He told the Troopers: “He was transporting passengers from Texas to Maryland for construction work, but state police officers didn't find any luggage in the SUV.”
The owner of the vehicle is said to have been Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, according to DHS documents.
Abrego Garcia told the state trooper that the owner was his boss. However, the SUV was separately flagged by the Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) Baltimore Field Office as a target suspected of human trafficking or smuggling, documents show.
“The vehicle is used by HSI Baltimore Targets, a human smuggling/trafficking business. The vehicle travels to the southern border to welcome non-citizens,” the record reads. The memo says that if a vehicle is encountered, it should be notified to the Baltimore HSI case agent.
Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, who Abrego Garcia claimed he was at work, had previously been found guilty of smuggling illegal aliens into the United States.
In 2020, Hernandez Reyes, an illegal alien himself, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in prison for smuggling fellow illegal alien in the United States after being stopped by Mississippi's law enforcement along with passengers from Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras. Homeland security records show that Hernandez Reyes' “Deport Order” was revived in March 2021, as his 18-month sentence had ended.
Homeland Security authorities have only confirmed the news that Hernandez Reyes, mentioned in both cases, refers to the same individual. It is unclear what relationship Abrego Garcia has with Hernandez Reyes. He told the Tennessee trooper that the vehicle was owned by his boss, but he couldn't confirm whether Abrego Garcia actually worked for Hernandez Reyes.
Abrego Garcia's lawyers did not respond to requests for comment from the news alone.
Of course they didn't.
Anyway, the news simply investigated Reyes as well. When Mississippi police stopped him, he was carrying eight illegals, including three previously deported. Reyes pleaded guilty and again sentenced him to 18 months in prison for three years of supervised release. He was to be deported.
Garcia Stop Details
Garcia has been suspended in Tennessee. “It was discovered that in late November 2022, the state troopers were speeding and driving an SUV full of people coming from Houston, Texas. Officers also reported that Garcia's vehicle “didn't be able to maintain the lane.”
The illegal Salvadran expired license and SUV luggage rack were signs of smuggling or human trafficking, citing police records. Although the officers did not arrest the rogue, “Homeland Security took up traffic stops through a computer-aided dispatch reporting system. Agents reviewed the target, determined it was a “suspecting alien,” and introduced his issue to “passport control” for review. ”
I continued with the news only:
Three weeks later, on December 27, 2022, Homeland broke its record and urged all staff members who met Abrego Garcia in the future to “escort to secondary”.
Separately, Prince George's records from county police and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy show Garcia is arguably a member of the MS-13 terrorist gang, who is subject to deportation.
Garcia was “verified as a member of the Malasar Battle Cha (MS-13) gang,” county records show. His gang rank was “Cekuo” and his street name “Chell”. According to the BBC, Chequeo is not a rank, but a new recruit's name.
President Trump has released a photo of Garcia's tattooed finger showing his coded MS-13 affiliation.
As reported by New American yesterday, Van Hollen is the Pipe Piper, who leads the crazy crusader Pied Piper to bring Garcia back to the US, but the key member of the prank is California House Democrat Robert Garcia.
Senator Garcia, a gay Peruvian, was also an illegal foreigner.
After Kilmer Abrego Garcia met with Van Hollen, El Salvador President Buquere, who called Garcia a terrorist, said, “He will receive the honor of staying at El Salvador.”
