A federal agent arrested another judge today for committing a crime in connection with assisting an illegal foreigner.
This time, the judge is Hannah Dugan, who alleges that the Department of Justice supported previously deported illegal foreigner Escape (ICE) agents during her illegal appearance in her courtroom. She is charged with two felony counts.
Yesterday, former New Mexico Magistrate, former judge Joel Cano and his wife were escorted to prison in handcuffs as they allowed them to handle firearms as well as live in his home. The couple has been charged with evidence of tampering, but apparently they have an illegal alien.
And these two left and right judicial activists are not the only judges who will help illegal foreigners avoid the law.
Dugan case
Dugan's legal issues began last week when Mexico's illegal Eduardo Flores Luis unfairly helped him escape ice agents. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that he was in court on three misdemeanor batteries.
The Mexican rogue was in court for a pre-trial hearing, the newspaper reported:
Sources told the Milwaukee Journal's Sentinel that Dugan oversaw the Ice Agent in Judge Carl Ashley's office. Meanwhile, Dugan allowed the defendant to leave the courtroom through the side door, through a private corridor, into a public area, according to sources.
However, the explanation did not stop, and he told the whole truth. On Fox News, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy revealed what the judge had done. “This man was in court prosecuted by a state prosecutor on a battery of domestic violence,” Bondy said:
He beat two men and one man. The thirty-time hit the man, knocking him on the ground, suffocating him, and beating the woman so badly that both of them had to go to the hospital… As you know, it is very rare for victims to want to cooperate. They wanted to cooperate. They were sitting in court with the state prosecutor. The judge finds out that Ice is outside to get the man… He was deported in 2013 and returned to our country… he was charged with committing these crimes. The victim is in court… The judge knows. She goes out into the hallway and screams at the immigration officer. She is furious, visibly shaking and upset. Send them to talk to the Chief Judge. She's back to court – you're not going to believe this – bring the defendant and her counsel back to her room, take them out of the private exit and tell them to leave.
Therefore, arrested.
“Just just now, the FBI has arrested Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, after evidence from Judge Dugan who blocked last week's immigration arrest operation.”
Judge Dugan believes that Eduardo Flores Luis, a deliberately false federal agent, could avoid arrest from subjects arrested in court.
A former US spokesman told the newspaper that Dugan is facing charges of obstacles and personal concealment. She was arrested this morning.
The ICE agent caught Florez-Ruiz on the same day thanks to Dugan.

Of the two, Kano may be even worse.
As New American reported earlier this week, distant Democrats resigned from his post in March after ice agents defeated Venezuela's illegal Christian Ortega Lopez at the judge's house. Authorities say Ortega Lopez is a member of the Tren de Aragua Terrorism Gang.
Now banned from the role of judge, Kano and his wife went on a Parpan walk yesterday.
According to the Albuquerque Journal, Kano's career began on the bench on February 28th.
“The court application states that the agent recovered four firearms from a nearby home owned by April Cano, identified in the court application as Nancy Cano's daughter,” the newspaper explained.
The criminal charges allege Ortega Lopez has allowed them to own and fire them, as seen in photos and videos posted on Facebook last December.
Ortega Lopez was taken into custody along with another individual called roommates in court filings. On March 3, he appeared before a US magistrate on charges of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The charges will be subject to the highest fine in a 15-year prison.
The Canos are facing tampering with evidence, but they are not yet faced with accusations of having illegal aliens.
Judge Boston, Homan and DOJ promise
In 2019, federal authorities accused District Court Shelley M. Richmond Joseph of obstructing illegal aliens by allowing them to escape ice arrests in court. The Biden Department of Justice dropped the charges in 2022, but Joseph requested that he report himself to the Massachusetts Committee on Judicial Act.
Last December, the committee accused Joseph of intentional misconduct, with federal charges and judges turning off the court's audio recorder at an illegal alien hearing. She “issued a false and misleading statement to a senior judge” about blocking the recorder.
Border Emperor Tom Homan has repeatedly said these officials will face felony charges for holding illegals.
And in a memorandum of understanding to DOJ employees in January, Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove clearly warned state and local officials (including judges) who would interfere with immigration law enforcement.
Citing the federal constitution's superiority clause, Bove warned that state and local officials must “comply with the (constitutional) immigration enforcement initiatives of the administrative department.”
Federal law prohibits national and local officials from resisting, obstructing, and otherwise resisting legal immigration-related orders and demands based on, for example, the Diplomacy and National Security, Immigration and Nationality Act, and the President's extensive article IL authority on alien enemies.
Bove threatened “potential prosecution” of stupid officials that were against the law. The charges include embracing illegal actors, conspiracy against the United States, and violations of immigration and nationality laws that interfere with enforcement of federal immigration laws.
In February, citing the advantage clause, Dozi sued New York and New York City along with Illinois and Chicago.
Regarding the arrest of a treason judge in Wisconsin, Bondi repeated what a hated Trump Democrat said for many years when he tried to get Potus 45-47. “No one is beyond the law.”
