A new Yale study identifies a potential link between post-vaccine chronic disease and the prolonged presence of spike proteins in the body of covid vaccines. Researchers have discovered that in some cases spike proteins last for years and last much longer than previously expected.
Findings suggest that some cases of “long covid” diagnosed may actually be in different conditions. Researchers call it Post-vaccination Syndrome (PVS).

New syndromes associated with covid vaccination
Yale's research team has launched the study in response to reports of sustained and unexplained symptoms growth after COVID vaccination. These symptoms, such as brain fog, fatigue, and neuropathy, reflect long covid, but appear in individuals who have not been infected beforehand. This has led researchers to investigate new conditions: post-vaccination syndrome (PVS), also known as acute COVID-19 vaccination syndrome (PACVS).
Unlike Long Covid, PVS is not officially recognized by health authorities and leaves affected individuals who do not receive appropriate medical assistance.
Purpose: Investigating the biological foundations of PVS
Yale's team of researchers conducted the study to investigate potential immune system changes in people suffering from PVS. They compared 42 individuals with PVS with 22 healthy vaccinators to identify differences in immune response, viral reactivation, and prolonged spike protein levels. All participants were enrolled in Yale's Listen Study.
Findings: Destruction of the immune system and prolonged spike proteins
Yale's study revealed that PVS differs from biologically long covid and natural SARS-COV-2 infections. This study highlights some surprising findings:
Changes in immune profile. PVS participants had fewer memory and effector CD4 T cells and had higher levels of TNFα+ CD8 T cells. This indicates fatigue of the immune system rather than a robust and protective response.
Low antibody levels. PVS participants have reduced anti-spike antibodies, which may be associated with receiving lower vaccine doses. This challenges the assumption that more vaccinations always mean stronger immunity.
Virus reactivation. This study discovered recent reactivation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in some PVS participants. It suggests that vaccines may weaken immune defenses and allow dormant viruses to resurface.
Long-lasting spike protein. Some individuals with PVS had detectable spike proteins in the blood for up to 709 days after vaccination. This raises concerns about how long the vaccine-induced spike protein will remain active in the body and what damage it may cause over time.
Symptoms
The most common symptoms reported by PVS participants include:
Excessive fatigue (85%) Numbness and tingling (80%) Exercise intolerance (80%) Brain fog (77.5%) Difficult to concentrate or focus (72.5%) Decreased neuropathy (70%) or sleep Continue with (70%) Tinnitus (60)%) Breathing sensation (57.5%)
Researchers maintain it,
We observed that the general health status of PVS participants was well below the average US population, based on their (Global Health Visual Analog Scale) scores. Patient-reported results scores also showed a decline in quality of life.
They note that a considerable number of individuals experienced symptoms one day after receiving the Covid vaccination.
Why is that happening?
Scientists have warned that COVID vaccines can cause long-term health problems through multiple mechanisms. One concern is that vaccine components such as mRNA, lipid nanoparticles, and viral vectors can overstimulate the immune system, leading to chronic inflammation. Instead of a temporary immune response, some people may experience an immune response that is not completely blocked and contributes to persistent symptoms.
Another important issue is the persistence of spike proteins in the body. This study confirms that it does not disappear as quickly as it officially claimed. Instead, it can bind to human cells, interfere with normal body functions and cause long-term damage.
Furthermore, spike proteins are far from “harmless.” Researchers have discovered that immune cells can store and transport them throughout the body. It can potentially spread inflammation and damage to multiple organs. Animal studies have shown that vaccine components have crossed the blood-brain barrier. It raises concerns that they could have a direct impact on the nervous system. This can explain why so many PVS patients experience brain fog, chronic fatigue, and neuralgia.
Additionally, scientists suspect that the vaccine is causing an autoimmune response. There, the body is beginning to attack its own healthy cells. This can explain why many PVS patients suffer from neurological problems, persistent pain and severe fatigue.
Yale's research challenges the mainstream narrative that the covid vaccine is completely safe. If spike protein remains in the body after injection, what are the long-term outcomes? This study raises urgent questions calling for further investigation and accountability.
Legal and Medical Impacts
Yale's research emphasizes that PVS is a real, measurable condition, rather than a psychological problem or a simple vaccine response. Researchers highlight the urgent need for further research to determine who is at the most risk and how to treat affected individuals.
Dr. Pierre Corey, an expert in treating vaccine-injected patients, sees Yale's research as a breakthrough in the fight to recognize it as a legitimate medical condition.
Corey posted on his subsack,
Corporate lawyers should be careful: “Post Covid vaccination syndrome” is now a “actual illness.” I hope the new Yale study will help me and my patient's lawyers win compensation for them at disability hearings.
The doctor who testified in cases of multiple disorders described the hearing as “traumatic” for the patient. Many have been accused of creating symptoms. He believes Yale's research will serve as important evidence in future legal battles.
However, Corey also warned that the study is still in preprint status and has not yet been fully peer-reviewed. “Until it is fully peer-reviewed and published in a reputable journal, opposing lawyers will still be able to gaslight both me and my patients in court,” he said.
How many more suffering do you need to suffer?
The evidence is no longer just an installation, it is overwhelming. As of September 2023, over 3,400 peer-reviewed studies have documented the catastrophic harms of covid vaccines, including deaths.
However, despite these risks, these shots remain on the CDC's childhood vaccination schedule, ensuring continued use while protecting manufacturers from accountability. For adults, the PREP Act acts as a legal barrier covered in iron, protecting businesses from litigation while leaving the injured party reliant on them. This is not a policy, it is systematic cruelty.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Director General of Health, Welfare and Welfare (HHS), once called the vaccine rollout “Mass Murder.” But now, with the power to act in his hands, he did nothing to deal with it. With one stroke of his pen, he revoked the liability protections under the Prep Act and allowed the victim to have a day in court. Instead, almost two weeks after his confirmation, Kennedy was stagnant. When asked in his first official interview whether the Covid vaccine and booster were safe, he avoided, claiming that there was no “good data” in it, citing an underreported vaer.
His boss, Donald Trump, issued 26 executive orders on the first day, proving that bold action is possible and expected.
But the federal healthcare system remains shattered, with injured people trapped behind corporate protection and political inertia. At this point, the question is no longer whether evidence of harm exists. It is whether a person in power has the courage to acknowledge it.
Of course, Kennedy vowed to tackle the “chronic disease epidemic” and “to bring America healthy again.” Whether that involves dealing with the elephants in the room – the Covid Jab – is still not seen.
