The Wisconsin Supreme Court has suspended a judge on the far left who helped illegal foreigners almost escape arrests by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE).
The High Court told Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee County Circuit Court that it would not determine any foreseeable future cases.
The lawsuit comes after federal authorities were indicted by Dugan – helping a dangerous, illegal alien escape the door to her room – one felony and one misdemeanor – obstructing and hiding an individual.
The order is even more noteworthy as the Liberal Party controls the courts.
Fee
Dugan landed on the wrong side of the law and fled the court on April 18 when he previously took himself away to deport Mexico's illegal Eduardo Flores Luis.
The FBI, Drug Enforcement Bureau and immigration agents appeared in court and arrested Mexican fools. When Dugan found out about it, Flores Lewis was suddenly the man she wanted to run away. Knowing that the ice was there, Dugan “become visibly angry, commenting that the situation was “absurd,” he left the bench and entered the room,” the FBI criminal charges alleges. “At the time, Flores Lewis was sitting in a courtroom gallery.”
It then followed an angry conflict with Dugan's ice agent. When the agent said he was there to make a legal arrest on a government warrant, Dugan said he needed a “judicial warrant” and he had to look at the Supreme Court justice of the Circuit.
It seems almost unthinkable what Dugan did next. “After directing members of the arrest team to the Supreme Court's office, several witnesses explained their observations after Judge Dugan returned to court,” the criminal charges stated:
For example, the court's deputy remembered that Flores Lewis's lawyer was talking to the clerk when the vice-chairman returned to the court, and Flores Lewis sat in the ju-degree box, not in the gallery. The court adjutant believed that the lawyer and the clerk were having an off-record conversation to select the next court date. The defense attorney and Flores Lewis then walked towards each other towards the public court exit. The court adjutant heard Judge Dugan stand up and say, “Wait, come with me.”
Despite being advised about an administrative warrant for Flores Lewis' arrest, Judge Dugan escorted Flores Lewis and his lawyers from the court through the “ju judge's door.”
Judge Dugan ordered Flores Lewis' attorneys and (Flores Lewis) to leave the back door of the courtroom. … (eyewitness) saw Dugan Escort Flores Lewis' attorney and passed through a private door near the courtroom ju apprentice (Flores Lewis). Shortly thereafter, Judge Dugan returned to court to hold a hearing at the docket that morning.
Fearful, Flores Lewis was in court to answer the charges that he punched someone 30 times, and cringed the woman who tried to stop the assault. Dugan demands that the federal authorities find him and arrest him, which helped Flores Louise escape.
The complaint alleges that Dugan has broken two laws. 18 US Codes 1505 and 18 US Code 1071. The first crime, felony obstruction, is a five-year stretch in prison. The second misdemeanor is a misdemeanor of hiding an individual and is punished in prison for 1-5 years.
Bondi responds
Speaking to Fox News, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi was much more motivated than criminal charges. Dugan “goes out into the hallway (and screams at the immigration officer,” Bondi said:
She is furious, visibly shaking and upset. Send them to talk to the Chief Judge. She returns to the court… Returns the accused and her counsel to her room, takes them through a private exit and tells them to leave.
suspension
So yesterday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended activist professional crime judges.
“You are hereby notified that the court has issued the next order,” the court wrote to Dugan and other court authorities.
“The court learned that Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan has been charged with two federal criminal offences.
Keeping in mind the powers against the state courts, the order continues, “and concludes in our own claim that she is temporarily released from official duties in order to protect the public's trust in this state courts during the deterrence of criminal proceedings against Judge Dugan.”
Therefore, the High Court stated that “hapless Judge Trump has “temporarily banned” the exercise of Wisconsin Circuit Court's authority.
Dugan will not return to the bench until the High Court controls again. However, if she is convicted of felony obstruction, it is unlikely she will continue to serve.
Dugan's legal team reported, “The court has acted in a one-sided manner. We continue to assert Judge Dugan's innocence and look forward to her proof in court.”
Strangely enough, she reported that her lawyers included two Republicans. “Paul Clement, a well-known conservative lawyer, and Steve Biscupic, a former US lawyer for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, appointed President George W. Bush.”
The AP also said the judge on the far left is 4-3, which controls the court.
