Like the misunderstood mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu is a Beantown judge and district attorney and appears to believe federal immigration law does not apply to Bay, its municipalities, or law enforcement officials.
A district court judge held an Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent by emptiing the court for arresting an illegal alien in the middle of his criminal trial.
The local DA threatened the agent with the prosecution.
Local US lawyer response: Try it. Please give it a try.
Arrest
Ice Gum Show Brian Sullivan's troubles began when he went to work.
He bagged Juan Carlos Baez, an illegal alien also known as Wilson Martel LeBron.
In the wake of that shocking midterm detention, a judge (Boston City Court) found a light-empt ice agent after not appearing in court on Monday, and Martel LeBron's case followed ICE's arrest “due to malicious and intentional prosecutor misconduct.”
Reports say that several years ago, both Middlesex and Essex counties faced drug claims.
He was convicted in Middlesex Superior Court in 2009 for two counts of cocaine trafficking and one count of heroin trafficking and was sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.
The trial he was arrested after the court got bored that day included that he used an alias in the RMV document.
The judge who emptyed Sullivan at one Mark H. Somerville.
District Attorney Kevin Hayden threatened to file a criminal cont charge against Sullivan.
“This action by the ice was both troublesome and extremely reckless,” Hayden told reporters, and WGBH reported.
The District Attorney's Office was pursuing a lawsuit against Wilson Martell LeBron last week when Ice Agents detained him.
“As the judge pointed out, Ice's actions deprived Martel LeBron of his right to a fair trial, and also deprived our position of intent to hold the accused of liability for alleged crimes,” Hayden said.
The DA said his office is currently squeezing criminal charges against Judge Brian Sullivan “as a result of his intentional and terrible violations” and “as a result of his intentional and terrible violations,” which were found to be “as a result of his intentional and terrible violations,” and “as a result of his intentional and terrible violations.”
“In this case, we do a lot before we can determine exactly how things go,” Hayden told reporters.
ICE claims that local officials knew that the agent would make him a collar.
A US lawyer responds
Accepting the filing in US District Court, U.S. attorney Leah Foley told the judge in a letter that the superiority provisions of the U.S. Constitution “exempt federal officers from state prosecutors, including the light empt process, of actions taken during the civil service.”
You may oppose our federal immigration law enforcement, but there is no legal basis for serving as a federal officer on a criminal cont crime to carry out their obligations of oath. Any attempt or threat to interfere with the legal functioning of federal agents is not tolerated. …
They cannot cooperate, but there are certain laws that they cannot cross and I hope she doesn't cross that.
