Federal agents successfully led the top leader of the MS-13 gang in Salvador today.
Henry Josue's Vireto Santos became the second highest-level gang member last month, and once deported, he could land at the brutal Secott prison in El Salvador, which houses thousands of gang members.
MS-13 is one of the gangs that President Trump declared a terrorist organization on the first day of his administration. The State Department formalized its designation when it published a list of such gangs, and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy has stipulated legal strategies and tactics to indict them.
Suspect
Agents have arrested Santos, a 24-year-old illegal alien in Woodbridge, Virginia, about 23 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., Fox News reported.
Attorney General Pam Bondy and FBI Director Kash Patel saw the arrests unfold from a nearby Tactical Operations Center. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and senior official Emil Bove of DOJ were also present.
“They performed clean and safe operations and bad guys in detention. And thanks to the FBI, they got one of the worst and worst MS-13s on the streets this morning. Virginia and the country are safer than they are today.”
Bondi told reporters that Santos is one of the nation's top three MS-13 leaders.
USA Today reported that he faces felony gun possession charges.
When the agent searched his room, they said they found a 9mm handgun near the bed. The agent also allegedly found three additional firearms, ammunition and two suppressors.
(Criminal) According to the affidavit, the agent found a “MS-13 Association sign” in the garage bedroom.
“It's safer today as one of the top domestic terrorists in the MS-13 is off the street,” Bondi told reporters. “This was a continuing command from President Trump. His direction when I became US Attorney General was very simple. Keep America safe!”
“If you are trying to continue doing violent crime, you will meet the same fate that this individual went this morning,” FBI Chieftain Kash Patel said.
True socially, President Donald Trump called Santos a “big deal.”
On February 27th in Hyattville, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, DC, federal agents bagged Salvadora's David Alejandro Orellana Aleman, an illegal alien facing terrorism and other accusations in his home country.
The arrest was “a major blow to the leadership and organization of the MS-13 terrorist organization.” Because he was “a high leader in MS-13 cross-border terrorist organizations and managed the operations of MS-13 Creek in the United States, Mexico and Europe.
Salvador authorities arrested him eight years ago, and was charged with fear affiliation, possessing a firearm for MS-13 membership, but he somehow illegally entered the United States. Prince George's county officer arrested him on December 9th.
Noem Tours Cecot
Both men could land in Salvador Secotte (a prison built solely to house the likes of Centroden Confinamiento del Terorrismo, or Santos and Orellana Aleman).
Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem toured the facility this week, she announced on X.
“President Trump and I have a clear message to foreigners with illegal crime. I'm leaving now,” she wrote:
If you don't leave, we will corner you and arrest you. That way you can go to this El Salvador prison.
In early February, El Salvador agreed to accept members of the Tren de Aragua gang, and on March 15, Trump invoked the alien enemy law and expelled them immediately. Passed in 1798 and signed by President John Adams, the law gives the president the power over enemy aliens.
Whenever there is a declared war between the United States and a foreign or government, an invasion or predatory invasion of US territory is made, attempted or threatened by a foreign or government, and the President makes a public declaration of the event. You are obliged to be arrested, restrained, secured and removed as an alien enemy.
Judge James Boasberg, a far left of the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., appointed by former President Barack Hussein Obama, has stolen deportation and robbed the president of his home power to control immigration. In another opinion, he refused to cancel the order.
He faces bluff each in the US House of Representatives because of his confused, counter-terrorism jurisprudence.
Declaration of fear
After Trump declared the gang to be dressed as terrorist, the State Department has released a complete list of cartels and/or cross-border criminal organizations designated as such.
Tren de Aragua (TDA);
Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13);
Cartel de Sinaloa (Sinaloa Cartel);
Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (Jalisco new generation cartel);
Cartel Unidos;
Cartel del Noreste;
Cartel del Golfo; and
La Nueva Familia Michoacana.
Meanwhile, Bondi hatched a prosecution scheme that includes capital crime charges, both as a terrorist and assaulter, as well as a continuing criminal enterprise and as a foreign drug kingpin who violates machine gun laws.
Factors involved in accusing gang members include their role as gang members or leaders, whether they are murdered or injured Americans, whether they are involved in international terrorism, and the violent crimes they commit.
Similarly, DOJ uses “standardized language” in search warrants and indictments for members of TDA, MS-13, Sinaloa Cartel, and Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
