The United Nations desperately wants access to your money. From the beginning, I have dreamed of putting a burden on humanity. And now it is about to make that dream come true.
The powerful but lesser known UN agency is quietly planning to impose global taxes on international shipping in the fight against CO2 emissions and “climate change.” Americans are expected to pay a large portion of their financial costs. But all humanity will bear the brunt of the empowered United Nations.
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) tax delivery scheme, originally supported by the Biden administration, is given to independently procure the unprecedented powers of the United Nations. It also changes the nature of the United Nations forever, leading to a surge in costs for US consumers.
There are several rounds of negotiations to be finalized. But if everything goes according to the plan, the UN could vacuum billions of dollars each week by 2027.
Trump and the global climate tax
Congressional President Donald Trump and Republicans are being urged by advocates of national sovereignty and prosperity to block this measure, as if freedom and independence depend on it.
But the scheme has strong supporters, ranging from creptocratic governments and global bureaucrats to captured industry groups and those hoping to benefit from large, anticipated tax revenues.
The taxation plan comes as the United Nations World Court, officially known as the International Court of Justice (ICJ), is preparing to control the government's supposed “legal obligations” with regard to “climate change.” UN officials call the incident the most important thing in history.
Trump argued that destroying the “climate warning hoax” must be a top priority to make America great again. On his first day in office, he repaid the UN climate scheme and signed an executive order involving the United States. He is also working to rescind the domestic global warming policy imposed by Biden and Obama. Therefore, the latest UN Power Glove is expected to meet us with resistance.
The IMO's efforts to impose a “carbon tax” on marine transport has sparked vigilance among critics for several reasons. But the most important concern is that unprecedented taxes allow the United Nations to raise funds on its own and free them from dependence on member governments to raise funds. It dramatically changes the nature of the United Nations and what is known as “global governance,” and almost certainly forever.
Somewhere between $19 to $150 per tonne of CO2 emitted, that amount may be small, but it establishes a clear precedent for the United Nations to begin raising funds from other sources. Also, taxes can easily increase when the proverb camel noses of the global taxation proverb enter the tent.
What does this mean?
Historically, the inability of the UN to impose taxes has served as one of the most powerful constraints to its power. Having direct access to money without charging member governments can help fund military, police, courts, bureaucracy, social engineering, publicity and more.
The UN's desire to expand its power in all sectors of society is little secret. In fact, in September, global organizations were proud of their plans to become UN 2.0 at the future peak of the UN headquarters. The agreement was negotiated there, known as the future agreement, and pledged to strengthen the United Nations' involvement in virtually all areas.
Of course, the United Nations was launched under the guise of maintaining international peace and security. But for decades, it has been less and less power than anything, from the economy and the environment to education and the internet, with support from member governments, in many cases.
The unlimited resources that global taxes bring about, together with the ability to implement that will, the process of taking away more and more power, is supercharged more than ever.
And if the UN could tax transportation to save the world from suspected artificial climate change, why could it not impose taxes on air travel, agriculture, energy production, stock trading, etc. Already, within the United Nations there are quite a few member governments working to make these taxes a reality.
World taxes will not be limited to saving humanity from the supposed evils of the gas of life (CO2). With each blending of realistic or imagined threats, the United Nations was able to justify new and large taxes to “save” humanity or even “save” Mother Earth from danger.
Global taxes on shipments have been debated for many years and were officially proposed in 2023 with support from the Biden administration as a way to help reach “net-zero” CO2 emissions by 2050. Other sectors are far more important and will definitely be subject to new taxes.
United Nations estimates and various analysts have long said that carbon taxes on shipping alone can raise more than $100 billion a year. It will pay for many global governments, public loyalty and enforcement.
Global Globalist Support
The global tax system is supported by major powers, including Kiel's Sterner, Japanese authorities, South Korean authorities, and even historic US allies such as the UK government on the far left of the European Union. It is also strongly pushed by governments in the Pacific and Caribbean. Even governments that rely heavily on transport, such as Panama and Liberia, have joined the bandwagon.
The shipping rights themselves, or at least the associations that aim to speak for them, seem to be on the scheme.
“The industry fully supports the adoption of GHG (greenhouse gases) by IMO. Pricing mechanism for shipping global applications,” and Executive Director of ICS, the Global Trade Association for Shipowners and Operators, before the latest IMO meeting. “The joint text proposed by this broad coalition is a practical solution and the most effective way to encourage rapid energy transitions in shipping to meet the agreed IMO goals of near or near 2050 zero emissions.”
How the money was collected and spent should be decided in future negotiations. One idea is to use the funds for the United Nations Green Climate Fund. This is a scheme adopted by the United Nations and its members to redistribute wealth to the Third World Government of Kleptocraticus, which promises to fight “climate change.”
But global bureaucrats and governments who support the plan are promoting doubts of interest in the “climate” itself, while underestimating those debates.
Ironically, the government's report pushing the plan was asked to give some of the tax revenue to those affected by the increased shipping costs. In short, the UN programme will most harm the poor and their countries by increasing the costs of important goods such as food. And accordingly, the UN will make them dependent on the new UN welfare system.
Another major concern raised by critics, as reported by New American last week, is that American consumers are hit hardest. In other words, this tax is a way for governments around the world to impose taxes on struggling Americans and redistributes what remains of their wealth. Of course, the incentive for hostile foreign forces is to tax Americans on Max.
Conclusion
Giving the UN the power to collect their own money through taxation is a major step in transforming it into a true global government. That would amount to giving a dictator's club a blank check depicted in the richness of the middle class of America. And that would be a difficult turning point to come back.
But if Trump and Republican lawmakers are willing to stand up for America's interests, the US government can stop it. Rather than fighting each new power grab or tax system, the most effective solution is to drive the United States out of the United Nations forever.
Congress has laws that do just that. The bill, known as the Defund Act, would end its involvement in the United Nations and halt US funding. And with Trump in the White House, there has never been a better opportunity for him to protect American sovereignty for a long time. Please join!
