President Donald Trump today signed an executive order that ordered the enforcement of federal election laws, which defines the election date and time that votes should be counted, and specifically requires that only U.S. citizens be allowed to vote in federal elections.
Most notably, orders require a essay record to vote, and voting using barcodes is prohibited. They also withhold federal funds from states that refuse to comply with federal laws that regulate votes. Citizenship proof must be voted.
After Election Day, it is not permitted to count the Bharats.
“An honest election,” “Unmarried by fraud”
The order begins by denounceing “force the basic and necessary election protections adopted by modern developed countries, and adopting them by still developing countries.”
Even India and Brazil are demanding voter identification through biometric data. “The United States relies primarily on citizenship self-assessment,” the order states.
In counting votes, Germany and Canada require the use of paper voting, which is counted publicly by local officials. This significantly reduces the number of conflicts compared to the American patchwork of voting methods that could lead to basic chain issues. Furthermore, countries like Denmark and Sweden wisely limit mail-in voting for those who cannot vote in person, and do not count votes that are slower regardless of the postal code, but many American elections have large mail-in voting.
Free, fair and honest elections harmlessly by fraud, error, or doubt are fundamental to maintaining the Constitutional Republic.
The order observes that the Constitution requires state governments to “protect” elections by absenting federal laws that “protect Americans' rights to vote and prevent them from being diluted by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of fraud and error.”
The federal government has not done so. Particularly by not enforcing laws that prohibit the state from counting votes “received after Election Day” and prohibiting non-citizens from registering for the vote.
The order says it will implement two US Codes 7 and 3 US Code 1, which require the Trump administration to set election dates and appoint presidential voters on Election Days. The order cites a decision last year by the Republican National Committee v. Wetzel's 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. The laws said they “set” the date when votes were cast by voters and state officials received. Despite that ruling, the state violated those laws “by counting the votes received after Election Day,” the order states:
This is like allowing them to vote in person in the previous voting district three days after Election Day, perhaps after the winner has been declared.
Evidence of necessary citizenship
“We will punish alien citizenship and voting false statements by citizens and votes by citing US codes 1015 and 611 and avoid orders that state that “false voters' citizenship appropriately.” Similarly, the Department of Justice does not enforce these laws. “What's worse, previous administrations actively prevented the state from removing aliens from the voter list,” the order said.
In the future, in order to prevent foreigners from voting, the National Post voter registration form will require “Certification of US Citizenship Documentary in line with 52 USC 20508(b)(3)”. Similarly, state and local officials must record the documents voter applicants use to prove their citizenship.
Citizenship proof includes a US passport, actual ID, a military ID card indicating US citizenship, or a valid federal or state ID proof of citizenship.
Accessing data
The Department of Homeland Security must provide access to state data to verify citizenship.
The DHS should also coordinate with government efficiency to check voter lists and “available records of voter list maintenance activities required in 52 USC 20507.”
According to the order, the DHS must provide the Department of Justice with complete information regarding all foreigners presented in immigration forms registered or voted in federal, state or local elections, and will take all appropriate measures to submit such information to relevant state or local election authorities.”
Similarly, the DOJ must prioritize the implementation of laws that prohibit non-citizens from voting and prosecute foreigners who have illegally registered or voted. Supporting that effort, the Social Security Agency must provide state and local officials with the data necessary to confirm the eligibility of the individuals they register and those who have already registered.
In line with 52 US code 20301 that governs absentee ballots by military forces or Americans deployed overseas, the Department of Defense must renew its postcard application to request proof of citizenship and eligibility for the vote.
No foreign contributions, only barcode voting
Another federal law, 52 USC 30121, prohibits foreign states from contributing to elections. Nevertheless, “foreigners and non-governmental organizations have used loopholes in interpreting the law and have spent millions of dollars through conduit contributions and voting-in-the-ballot spending.”
Perhaps most importantly, orders only prohibit barcodes.
(v) The OTING system should not use voting where a vote is included in a barcode or a quick response code in the voting counting process, except as necessary to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
Crimes being prosecuted
The order also requires the DOJ to coordinate with the state to prosecute people who have registered multiple times, those who voted fraudulently, those who lied to voters registered forms or those who were threatened or lied to election officials.
The Department of Justice must also “take all necessary measures” against states that refuse to enforce federal voting laws. They do so by allowing “away or mail-in ballots received on Election Day in the appointment of presidential electors and final counts of votes for elections of members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.”
The end will hinder the number of votes that occurred in 2020 in the second half. These votes happened to go a long way for former President Joe Biden.
