President Donald Trump ordered ministers to station troops on the Roosevelt reservation in line with this inauguration day order to secure a southwest border.
This memorandum, directed at secretaries of defense, interior affairs, agriculture and homeland security, grants Cabinet members extensive authority to secure land there for border walls and surveillance techniques.
President Theodore Roosevelt has designated reservations to provide buffers for illegal smuggling from Mexico.
As Trump moved to secure more borders, left and right Massachusetts judges blocked Trump's parole revocation for more than half a million illegals imported illegally by the Biden administration.
Day 1 action
Shortly after acquiring the Soldier's office on January 20th, Trump issued countless executive orders, sealing off the Southwest, invited, subsidized, and halting an invasion that was technically supported by the Biden administration.
Among them was declaring a national state of emergency.
“American sovereignty is under attack,” Trump wrote.
Our southern borders are overrun by cartels, criminal gangs, known terrorists, human traffickers, smugglers, neglected servicemen from foreign enemies, and illegal drugs that harm Americans.
That declaration led to an order declaring MS-13, Tren de Aragua and other gangs and drug cartels as terrorist organizations. This allowed Trump to invoke the alien enemy laws of 1798 and immediately expel illegal Arien gangs and cartel members.
Trump also directed the U.S. Northern Command to “seal the borders and fight back forms of invasion, including illegal mass immigration, drug trafficking, human smuggling, human trafficking, and other criminal acts,” he said, to maintain US sovereignty, territorial integrity and security.
They opened up a way to militarize the Roosevelt reservation, declared by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1907.
The 26th declared that “land lying along the border between the United States and the Republic of Mexico has been reserved from the operation of the Public Land Act and has been freed from obstruction as a protection against the smuggling of goods between the United States and the Republic.”
Roosevelt “is reserved for entry, settlement, or other forms of diversion under the Public Land Act and stands out as a public reservation. All public lands are within the territory of California, Arizona and New Mexico and within 60 feet of the international boundary between the United States and the Republic of Mexico.”
Bookings do not extend to Texas. But as observers pointed out, Gov. Greg Abbott helps secure borders with the National Guard.
Trump Memorandum
Now, to continue that mission, Trump's memorandum provides “additional guidance.”
The memorandum gives the Department of Defense jurisdiction over all public lands in the booking, except for Indian reservations. This is “reasonably necessary to enable the military activities directed by this memorandum, including issues with border zone construction and detection and surveillance equipment.”
The memorandum also gives the Secretary of Defense the authority to mobilize public security guards to support Pentagon border operations. And, if requested by the Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security, he can detail them for “law enforcement activities.”
It is unknown when the court declares Trump's memorandum is illegal. But if the left and right federal courts continue doing what another judge did yesterday, it won't take long.
The judge claims he has the power to block the administration from ending the legal status of approximately 530,000 illegals in Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Again, the Biden administration imported them illegally.
Parole has ended
As New American reported in March, Trump ended the “parole” that Biden confirmed with the invaders' troops, of which around 530,000 people have flew directly into the country. These “immigrants” almost immediately embarked on a wave of crime nationwide. In any case, their legal status ended with a notice from Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem. The illegals also received letters from DHS.
“Your parole will end early on (1) the expiration date of your original parole or (2) April 24, 2025,” the letter warns.
You will need to leave the US now, but by the end of your parole. Failure to depart in a timely manner can have negative immigration effects.
At the end of your parole, you may be subject to prompt removal pursuant to section 235 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) or proceedings under section 240 of the INA.
“Parolees” who stay in the country for more than six months after their parole expires can declare that they are forever unacceptable after they leave, the letter states.
Employment permits have also been terminated. The decision to revoke employment approval is final and cannot be appealed.
Control Judge
But now, Indira Talwani of the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts – appointed by former President Barack Obama – says Noem's order was “unconstitutional.”
Talwani clearly wants to stop the administration from deporting illegals. She declared that each of the 530,000 illegals must have a separate elimination hearing.
Written by Talwani:
This will therefore revoke the previously granted approval issued to non-citizens who have been paroleed to the United States, and thus further court orders are pending. (Added emphasis.)
It appears that Talwarni has not made it clear that the original parole is again illegal.
As a story by Merge each against former Homeland Security Chief Alejandro Mallorcas pointed out, unindicted visa fraudsters have illegally granted mass parole. The US Immigration Act provides for case-by-case parole.
Similarly, Congress said it did not allow a parole program that “confessed hundreds of thousands of acceptable foreigners to enter the United States in violation of laws enacted by Congress.”
