South Dakota Congresswoman Tina Mullally and rancher Jim Eschenbaum join New American Senior Editor Rebecca Terrell in the wake of the Nov. 5 victory for private landowners at Mount Rushmore. He gave a congratulatory interview.
South Dakota's ballots contain measures to hide a dangerous land grab orchestrated by the federal government in collaboration with heavily subsidized private companies, foreign investors, and faceless United Nations bureaucrats. Ta.
If referred Bill 21 passes, it would support Senate Bill 201 (SB 201), which was approved by the state Legislature earlier this year. The bill, deceptively titled “Landowner's Bill of Rights,” would usurp the authority of local governments to enact dangerous pipeline setback ordinances, similar to the bill that backdoored the bill. It would open the door to prominent domain abuse by oligarchs.
South Dakotans joined forces with the South Dakota Private Property and Local Stewardship Alliance, a grassroots effort led by Eschenbaum and Mulally. Their website SDNotForSale.com tells the story. The group collected nearly twice the number of signatures needed in 90 days to ensure SB 201 was decided by South Dakota voters.
Before SB 201 was passed, South Dakota became a bulwark by rejecting a proposal from Summit Carbon Solutions (SCS), which was backed in part by Chinese and Korean investors. SCS plans to snake more than 3,000 miles of CO2 pipelines through five Corn Belt states, engulfing thousands of square miles of prime agricultural land. They claim this will help save the planet by capturing carbon dioxide from dozens of ethanol plants and sending it to North Dakota for underground sequestration. Carbon capture has already been proven many times to be beneficial and is clearly a net carbon additive. But South Dakota clogged the SCS pipe. This is an issue of great importance to all private property owners and everyone concerned with our nation's food security. The U.S. Department of Energy has already announced plans to subsidize 96,000 miles of this pipeline across the United States. If these dangerous plans are not stopped, no nation will be immune from negative consequences. The John Birch Society is producing a new documentary called “UNearthing the CO2 Pipeline'' as part of its new “Stand Your Ground'' series. The dramatic story is still unfolding with a release date expected to be early next year. Unearthing the CO2 pipeline will expose the Deep State puppeteers who are perpetrating these crimes and set the stage for cutting their cords. stay tuned!
