In his first interview as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is amazed about Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), one of the central pillars of his own behaviorism. We did a reversal.
Kennedy and Child Health Defense, a national nonprofit organization that has been founded and chaired between 2015 and April 2023 for years, provides VAERS data to provide terrible evidence of the risks of covid vaccines. He insisted. But in a surprising contradiction, he now completely dismisses the system, claiming, “We don't have good data about it, so it's a crime.”
This sudden face raises serious questions about Kennedy's integrity and whether his previous official statements were rooted in genuine beliefs or simply in the means of ends.
The Vars of Kennedy's Book
Vaers, the national vaccine safety monitoring system, has long been the main ammunition for Kennedy's mass COVID vaccination. He told Fox News that “the system is supposed to pick up injuries” but in reality it acts as an early warning tool that requires further investigation.
In his book, The Real Anthony Fauci, Kennedy cited Vaers extensively. He cited the “hockey stick” graph of the system (p. 87). Kennedy didn't just admit Vaal. He used it as evidence of what he called an unprecedented wave of vaccine-related deaths.

He further emphasized the importance of the Vaers, pointing to 800,000 recorded injuries in the first nine and a half months of vaccine distribution. Of these, 112,000 are classified as “serious” (p. 90).
Kennedy also refers to one of the earliest detailed analyses to prove harm, and to other databases (p. 88).
Analysis by a team of renowned scientists and mathematicians, communicated by Silicon Valley entrepreneur Steve Kirsch in September 2021 – Half-dozen population and surveillance database systems databases (including VAER) are eight different independent methods Using the US Covid vaccine, we will be responsible for 150,000 deaths to 150,000 deaths since January 2020.
Kennedy's stance was clear. Vaers were legitimate sources of data, and their numbers were devastating pictures.
Vaers on Kennedy's Twitter feed
Throughout the pandemic, Kennedy regularly cited Vaers to support his claims about the risks of vaccines on social media.
In January 2021, weeks after the first Covid vaccine rollout, Kennedy urged “people who suffered from vaccine side effects” to report to Vaers.
From that point on, Kennedy frequently posted Vaers updates as proof of vaccine harm. Here are just a few of his posts.
Again, Kennedy clearly relied on Vaers to build a lawsuit against mass vaccinations.
Kennedy's Beer Flip: What's changed?
Now, as HHS's secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has dismissed Vaers as unreliable to determine the safety of the Covid vaccine and booster. He justification? A 2010 CDC study showing VAERs capture less than 1% of vaccine injuries is a well-known fact for over a decade.
What was the basis for Kennedy's longstanding claim that Covid vaccines are deadly if Vaers are too flawed?
In March 2023, Kennedy told Sasha Latipova, a well-known CHD collaborator and former drug executive, that the community vaccination campaign was a “mass murder.”
Meanwhile, as of January 31, 2025, Vaers recorded 1,660,411 reports of side effects since deployment. If the system really doesn't make up 99% of actual cases, the actual number could exceed 166 million injuries. Similarly, 38,398 reported deaths lead to 3.84 million deaths. This is the scale of harm that completely overturns the vaccine safety narrative.
Interestingly, Steve Kirsch, previously cited by Kennedy himself, estimated that the Vaers underreporting factor could be 41. If true, the true sacrifice of these vaccines is beyond understanding.
But now, rather than acting on this data, Kennedy argues that we need to “fix” Vaer.
Turn the operating speed
Kennedy's transformation never stops with Vaers. It was exempt as a smooth tactic that was often overlooked or confirmed, but it was a reversal of operational speed (OWS). In late January, at a Senate confirmation hearing, he praised OWS as “an extraordinary achievement.”
This is the same as Kennedy described in September 2023 as a militarized and monetized totalitarian project run by the Intelligence Reporting Agency.
At the time, he warned that OWS was not led by public health agencies such as HHS or subsidiaries such as the CDC, NIH or FDA. Kennedy argued that the main agency that manages the project is the National Security Agency (NSA). And the second was a pentagon, he said, citing the OWS organizational chart. It should be noted that the uncategorized charts that Kennedy is likely referring to do not include the NSA as the Prime Manager for OWS.

Kennedy later described the development and production of the Covid vaccine within this framework as a “military operation from the start.” He even linked vaccine development to a secret biological age program in the US.
However, during his hearing, he declined to mention this and claimed instead that President Donald Trump had considered numerous non-vaccine interventions to deal with the pandemic. It comes across like the palm of your hand. The reality is that Ows poured almost everything of their $18 billion into the vaccine. Only a small portion of less than $1 billion was allocated to treatment, relegating alternative treatments to the bystanders.
Kennedy's Power Play: From Outsiders to Systems
As HHS Secretary, Kennedy is currently having a major impact on vaccine policy. Although FDA approvals cannot be revoked, distribution can be impacted by changing federal contracts, limiting funds for vaccine campaigns, or launching new safety investigations.
All Covid vaccines will remain protected from liability under the PREP Act until December 31, 2029. Kennedy has the authority to modify or revoke this protection.
Although most Covid vaccines are fully approved, some booster doses and pediatric versions still rely on emergency use permits (EUAS). In particular, the Covid vaccine is part of the CDC's childhood vaccination schedule, a policy that Kennedy clearly supported during the confirmation hearing.
In other words, Kennedy has the power to disrupt the deployment of vaccines. The real question is whether he will stand up to past beliefs or whether he will surrender to the system he once condemned.
Kennedy's Test – Reformers or bureaucrats?
Kennedy built the brand as a fearless critic of the government. Now he is part of the government. The man who once exposed the failure of regulations oversees the very institutions he exposed and sued. Outsiders who warned about intelligence control for public health are now navigating the internal mechanisms of its internals.
So, what will he do? His initial move suggests a readjustment rather than a revolution. They are receptive to the reality of power, while still keeping their distance from past rhetoric. His supporters may still want bold actions, but Washington has a way to soften idealists. If Kennedy really believes the system is broken, he has the authority to fix it. The question is: What about him? Or do you think governance, like many people before him, looks very different from inside?
