Anyone considering boarding an American airliner soon may want to think about it again.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies have not led to unqualified minorities and women controlling the country's skies. DEI also brought about a major fraud scandal with the stupid downtests needed to become an air traffic controller. That may be one reason why DEI candidates are packed into the national air traffic control centres.
dailymail.com revealed that the top figures for the National Black Union of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) have spilled test answers for air traffic control candidates. The report suggests that the DEI is completely injuring the Air Force.
The con man controls the airspace
The reason why the NBCFAE, an explicitly racist organisation, is permitted to affect air traffic control is another day's issue. It is sufficient to report that a senior official has supported the applicant, as Dailymail.com did.
The website reported:
Shelton Snow is a powerful figure in the National Black Union of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) and can be heard dailymail.com promises pre-access to test answers with shocking audio clips obtained.
“There are some valuable information I took a screenshot and I'll send it via email,” says Snow, a New York-based air traffic supervisor.
“I'm sure that's exactly how each of them needs to answer questions.”
Snow provided 411 to black, women and other minority candidates. He openly discriminated against white people who were “excluded from the loop to minimize competition.”
dailymail.com did not determine the number of air traffic controllers who benefited from Snow's illegal offers. However, one former member of the NBCFAE delivered some horrifying news.
I know some people who have cheated and some people who control the plane as we speak.
Naturally, dailymail.com reported:
Snow's message came just weeks after the FAA announced its biggest adoption in its history during the Obama-era push to “spread the opening” for women and minorities.
Discriminate against white people
The FAA swapped the aptitude tests, white people at FAA-certified universities excel – “How do you describe the ideal job?” and “Do classmates remember me as humble or dominant?” the website pointed out:
Critics say the odd blend of multiple choice questions was designed to screen predominantly white students from FAA-certified university courses that excel in traditional aptitude tests.
Nevertheless, when snow decided to intervene, it was proven very difficult for everyone to pass with a 90% failure rate.
The then president of the NBCFAE's Washington Suburban Chapter contacted members in January 2014 to record a list of HR “buzzwords” to insert into the job offer.
“These buzzwords flag your resume and thus give you an edge over the thousands of resumes that can flood your system,” he writes.
In another correspondence, the applicant was urged to highlight the association with NBCFAE, the largest association of employees within the FAA.
Yuki also said he was concerned about African Americans, (of all ethnic backgrounds) and other minorities. He then instructed them not to get the information “otherwise identified… to minimize competition.”
Translation: Shuts Whitey out of the loop.
There's a lot more, but the result is that snow will equip the testing process to ensure that blacks, women and minorities pass the test.
“There are no comments,” Snow told Dailymail.com and “Please don't call this call.”
Promote unqualified women and minorities
Traditionally, the website observed that air traffic control jobs were handed over to former military personnel or graduates of the “certified Air Traffic Training Initiative (CTI) School,” which scored high scores on rigorous cognitive tests, which is the AT-SAT.
But of course, it didn't sit well with the NBCFAE. The “Chief complained about “different treatment and underestimation of African Americans.” cited a 2009 study, declaring air traffic control as the “most diverse” branch of the federal government.”
Travelers were clearly interested in the air traffic controller not sending them to a collision with another plane, but that didn't bother the NBCFAE or the Barack Hussein Obama FAA.
“When the 2012 'barrier analysis' suggested that AT-SAT was a problem for the minority, it was discarded in favor of a 'biographical evaluation' under a 10-year FAA strategy to add 'depth and diversity',” continued Dailymail.com.
Successful applicants continue their brief cognitive test known as AT-SA, but were weighted 2.5 times less important when deciding whether candidates would land on work and begin formal air traffic control training.
DEI blames DC air crash
As reported by a new American in January, a veteran air traffic controller denounced Dei for crashing a US Army helicopter into a jet over Reagan National Airport.
The Associated Press reported that one air traffic controller was working for two at the time. Former air traffic controller Michael Pearson denounced Obama. He said the conflict was a “preventable disaster.”
“This system has been under attack since the OBAMA administration by DEI and FAA to turn its Aldity overturn,” Pearson told FOX speaker Laura Ingraham.
The lack of staffing is directly attributed to the Obama administration's 2013 list of eligible and well-trained air traffic control (LERS) at universities around the country.
The clashes shed harsh light on the insane Day policy that was launched by Obama, followed by former President Joe Biden.
President Donald Trump, who condemned crashes at DEI in an executive order signed on January 21, has ended such employment on federal aviation.
The FAA must immediately return to non-discriminatory, merit-based employment, as required by law,” Trump wrote.
All so-called DEI initiatives, including all dangerous preference policies or practices, shall be immediately rescinded in favour of employing, promoting and otherwise treating employees based on their individual capabilities, capabilities, achievements and commitment.
