Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro is helping members of Tren de Aragua (TDA) terrorist gang spread crime and mayhem to the United States, the FBI says. Worse, they are here details to kill Venezuelans against the Marxist strong regime.
Fox News Digital has revealed assessments based on unclassified parts of the confidential document.
The news follows a major federal accusation by TDA members. Yesterday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) indicted TDA members for terrorism and drug trafficking. On Monday, the DOJ charged more than 20 TDA members with crimes such as robbery, assault and gender and drug trafficking.
The FBI rating is more evidence that President Donald Trump correctly invoked alien enemies to expel gang members.
TDA will attack violently within 18 months
The FBI assessment includes the conclusion that Venezuelan officials “promote” the migration of violent gang Tren de Lagua members from Venezuela to the United States.
Similarly, these officials are “using TDA Goons as a proxy for the Maduro administration” to destabilize Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and the United States, an FBI official told the website.
And over the next six to 18 months, Fox continued. “Venezuelan government officials will likely attempt to blackmail, accuse and kill members of the US Tren de Aragua as proxy actors,” administration critics.
The top officials of Director National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard's office confirmed the FBI's assessment. “This information and intelligence is the most robust and accurate given the law focuses on domestic security and crime, and the limited information assessment from other information elements, where TDA-focused resources were very limited until President Trump took office,” an official told Fox.
Officials also said the Maduro regime would provide “sanctuary” to terrorist gangs. And because the administration helped and bet the gang's activities, it promotes terrorism against the United States. Trump declared TDA and other gang terrorist organizations on January 20th. A month later, the State Department announced its terrorist designation.
Continued Fox:
Unlike most countries, officials say the Maduro regime is eager to return violent TDA criminals to Venezuela and to provide further evidence they consider as allies, again reflecting the actions of other failed Middle Eastern states, such as Afghanistan and Syria and Libya.
TDA prosecution
Yesterday, DOJ indicted TDA operational Jose Enrique Martinez Flores – gang moniker “Tuqui”. The five-count alternative accusation calls on the 24-year-old Venezuelan to support the terrorist organisation and distribute cocaine. The replacement charges replace the previous charges.
DOJ revealed:
Flores is charged with one conspiracy to provide material support to TDA in the form of personnel (including himself) and services, and one count providing material support to TDA.
The indictment also argues for one count of international drug distribution conspiracy based on his involvement in the distribution of more than five kilograms of cocaine and his involvement in the distribution of two substantial international drug distributions. …
Flores is a high-ranking TDA leader in Bogota, Colombia, and is part of the inner circle of senior TDA leadership.
Flores is also said to have caused the delivery of more than five kilograms of cocaine for international distribution.
The penalty is a possible life sentence and a $10 million fine.
The worse news for Maduro and his terrifying gang has replaced the charges in which 27 members accused of “assault conspiracy, sex trafficking conspiracy, drug trafficking, robbery and firearm attacks.”
The first alternative charges will be filed against six suspected members of the TDA. The second-time indictment charges accusing members of “Anti-Tren,” a shard made up of former TDA members, and two additional associates, anti-Tren. Of the 27 defendants, 21 have federal custody. This includes 16 people who were already in federal criminal, immigrant or state custody, as well as five people arrested last night and today, in New York and other jurisdictions.
“Tren de Aragua is more than just a street gang,” Bondy said:
It is a highly structured terrorist organization that destroyed American families with brutal violence, engaged in human trafficking, and spread deadly drugs through the community.
As Trump explained in his orders that evoked alien enemy law, TDA is essentially the paramilitary division of the Maduro administration.
The TDA runs alongside Cartel de Los Sales, a narcotello enterprise sponsored by the Venezuela-based Nicolas Maduro administration, and commits brutal crimes such as murder, trickery, tension, human, drugs and weapons transport.
TDA is engaged and continues to engage in mass illegal migration to the United States to promote its objectives of supporting the Maduro administration's goals of hurting American citizens, undermining public safety and destabilizing American democratic nations, including the United States.
The gangs are “coordinating” and “infiltrating” Maduro's Marxist regime, Trump said. “Includes military and law enforcement.”
In a compilation with Fox Digital Report, a former CIA official recently told the Miami Herald that Maduro was in charge of “operational management” for the TDA, sending 300 paramilitary-trained members to the United States.
