Injective Blockchain stakers approved the “Altaris Mainnet Upgrade Proposal” (aka “IIP-420”) on Thursday, with the upgrade's rollout beginning shortly thereafter, according to a social media post from the project. In a message to Protocol Village, the team described Altaris as “a major update that will enhance the experience for traders, stakers, developers and end users.” “This includes marketplace enhancements such as an advanced RWA oracle for expanded tokenized offerings, an improved INJ Burn Auction mechanism, and perpetual market launch permissions for our native DEX. Altaris also introduces SDKs in Python, Go and TypeScript for developers, enhanced interoperability with IBC hooks, streamlined governance, and security enhancements for the Injective Bridge and Ledger wallet integration.” (INJ)
