Below is a press release issued on October 15 by election watchdog group United Sovereign Americans regarding Ohio's voter rolls.
Just one year after “red” Ohio voted to amend its constitution to give abortion providers unrestricted discretion over late-term abortions, its voter rolls have significantly deteriorated. Last week, more than 100,000 new registration violations were exposed by United Sovereign Americans (USA) volunteer analysts. Of these suspicious edits, 32,480 were existing registrants who suddenly had their registration dates backdated, and 74,576 had their ID numbers changed even though federal law requires a single unique ID. is an existing registrant that has been mysteriously changed.
A lawsuit the United States filed against (Republican) Secretary of State Frank LaRose in August alleges that he lost control of the voting system. “Unfortunately for the people of Ohio, that emergency still exists. Why can't we get clarity on these blatantly questionable edits?” US Chairman Harry Howley asked. “This is not limited to Ohio. Our direct measurements show that at least 21 states are experiencing this problem. Voting rights are being destroyed. Meanwhile, bands I will continue playing.”
U.S. audit of official records in Ohio shows 1 in 3 votes in the 2022 Columbus, Ohio election was cast by voters registered on a false date of January 1st . Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost (R) filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. “The man who was paid to enforce election laws and protect Ohioans has resigned. “He might as well wave a giant sign that says 'Cheating here!'” USA CEO Marley Hornig said. “In 2022, we identified more than 600,000 votes cast by voters who entered false information in their registration information. Mr. LaRose and Mr. Yost are now voting in 2024 after removing us in a closed session. Are you fighting us in court to make sure the election is also illegal? Is Ohio America anymore?”
Here's the good news. When Americans see their rights being eroded, they act to protect their country. The US lawsuit was funded by hundreds of Ohio residents who are simply fed up. “We are currently filing more lawsuits,” continued Hawley, a volunteer like you in the United States. “The right to choose our representatives is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, and no politician will be allowed to subvert it. We take the fight to the mat. This is a historic moment for the “manly resoluteness” of our nation's founders and for all those who have fought and died for America since then. We cannot allow self-dealers and tyrants to attack the greatest nation in history again. We call on Secretary LaRose, Gov. Mike DeWine (R), and Attorney General Yost to be heroes and abandon our compromised election system and adopt reasonable and safe alternatives before the 2024 elections. I am. ”
United Sovereign Americans has already filed nine federal civil rights lawsuits to protect the right to vote in fair elections. With only weeks left to choose the next president and a country at odds, the stakes couldn't be higher. Mr. Hornig continued, “We all have to be able to trust that the lawful process took place. It has been, and will continue to be, a treaty of peace that unites the American people. We value civil rights. Anyone who does is invited to join us.”
