Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem said today that he has deported the illegal alien kilmer Abrego Garcia, who is allegedly a member of the MS-13 terrorist gang.
During the Senate Budget Committee hearing, Noem said Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador and would be deported if he returns to the United States. Noem spoke to Garcia, who was accused of smuggling illegal aliens and cruelly harassing his wife after being questioned by two of the biggest fangirls of Salvador's thugs, Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen and Connecticut's Chris Murphy.
Van Hollen and other Democrats pushed Noem about the administration's response to a U.S. Supreme Court decision that the administration ordered the administration to “promote” his return, claiming that Garcia was mistakenly deported because he didn't receive the “die process.”
Noem vs Van Hollen
Noem was standing on the ground under heavy fire from two enemy Senators Arien.
Van Hollen was the first to win Noem.
“I asked you if Madame's Secretary, you or the Department of Homeland Security, is taking any steps to promote the 9-0 Supreme Court decision to promote his return,” Van Hollen huffed. “This is a very simple question. Are you taking any action to promote his return, or are you not?”
Noem replied, “This administration tracks and complies with all federal court orders.”
Van Hollen: So, are you promoting his return?
Noem: Sir. Senator, thank you for your question. But what I say to you is that we are following the orders of the court and your advocacy against known terrorists is amazing.
Van Hollen said, “I don't guarantee a man.” Noem said he was definitely so and said he “suggests” that Van Hollen stands behind the victims of illegal Arien crimes.
Van Hollen denounced Noem in political speechmaking.
Noem vs Murphy
Noem also scalped Murphy.
Noting that Scotus' decision requires the administration to “promote” Garcia's release and return, Murphy asked Noem to do this “to explain the steps you took.”
“Abrego Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador and has never been in this country and will not return,” Noem told Murphy.
There is no scenario where Abrego Garcia is in the US again. If he comes back, we will soon deport him again as he is a terrorist, he is a human smuggler and he is his wife Beater.
Murphy: I've read the Supreme Court decision. Does the Supreme Court's decision require that Abrego Garcia promote the return?
Noem: The Trump administration is complying with all court orders and judge orders.
Murphy: Does the Supreme Court order require that Abrego Garcia promote the return?
Noem reiterated that Garcia is not an American and “it will be up to the president of El Salvador to decide whether or not he will return.”
President Haus Ash Nails Naive Bukere said he would not return Garcia to the United States. Like Noem, he calls Garcia a “terrorist.”
Again, Murphy proved the truth about what he said about Democrats and illegals. They are “the people we care most.”
Garcia's latest news
Murphy's deadly alien sympathy aside, Garcia's latest shows that he is almost certainly the type of criminally illegal alien that President Donald Trump has sworn.
As New American reported yesterday, as cited ABC News, federal agents interviewed the owner of the SUV that Garcia stopped in 2022. He was transporting eight men without identification or baggage from Texas to Maryland for work, he told the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Garcia confessed that he was driving under a suspended license. He also said his “boss” owns an SUV outside Black Chevrolet.
My boss is talking now.
Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, now in federal prison to smuggle illegals, confessed to investigators that Garcia had worked for him and had transported the aliens elsewhere from Texas.
“Hernandez-Reyes told investigators he previously ran a Baltimore-based 'taxi service',” the ABC reported:
He claimed he met Abrego Garcia around 2015, and that he had hired him on multiple occasions to transport undocumented immigrants from Texas to various parts of the United States, sources told ABC News. The frequency and time frame of the alleged trips were not immediately clear.
However, smuggling illegals and Yongs across Heartland is the least of Garcia's crimes. Police in Prince George County, Maryland, coached him with fingers as a “verified” member of the MS-13 terrorist gang.
His wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sula, filed two petitions for a protection order as Garcia beat her. In one of them, she claimed that Garcia told her relatives he could kill Sula and escape.
