Recent arrests by immigration authorities prove a fact that Democratic presidential candidates President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris don't want the American people to know.
Former President Donald Trump was right in 2016, when Mexico was sending illegal immigrants into the United States.
They're not bringing in the best people. They're bringing in drugs. They're bringing in crime. Rapists.
When Trump said “Mexico,” he of course didn't just mean Mexico, he also meant all the Third World countries that are sending criminals to the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) recently arrested a convicted Honduran rapist and a Guatemalan rapist suspect, police in Fairfax County, Virginia arrested a Peruvian Biden “migrant” on suspicion of child abduction, and the Department of Justice announced that a Guatemalan illegal immigrant will plead guilty to passport forgery.
The latest news comes after it was revealed that a Biden “migrant” from Venezuela who was arrested on attempted murder charges in Aurora, Colorado, was a dangerous gang member who was apprehended at the border and released. And, as The New American reported last week, another Haitian “migrant” who Biden personally flew to Haiti has been charged with sex crimes.
Tenacious Hondurans
On Friday, ICE announced the arrest of 36-year-old Honduran rapist Madai Gamaliel Amaya, the 153rd “foreign national” sex offender arrested in Maryland in fiscal year 2024.
Amaya's tenacity is remarkable: he has been deported twice.
“Amaya illegally entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location without being inspected, admitted or released on parole by U.S. immigration authorities,” ICE reported.
Montgomery County police arrested him in January 2009 on a charge of second-degree rape, and a court found him guilty in August of that year. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by three years of probation and two and a half years on probation.
He was in prison when ERO issued his final deportation order in 2010. ERO deported him to Honduras in 2013.
In 2016, he was arrested at the border, deported and later convicted of illegal entry. The following year, he was sentenced to 30 months in prison. ERO deported the rapist for a second time in 2018.
“Amaya illegally re-entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location without being inspected, admitted or released on parole by U.S. immigration authorities,” ICE reported.
On August 29, investigators arrested him again.
Guatemalan bail
On August 1, ERO arrested Guatemalan criminal Jorge Luis Castro Alvarado in Lynn, Massachusetts.
It's unclear when or where he crossed the border. ERO issued a detention order against him on Feb. 9, when the Essex County Sheriff's Office arrested him on suspicion of “assault and battery on a family member or household member,” according to an ICE report.
For this conviction, he was sentenced to 18 months in prison, with all but six months suspended.
ICE continued that on April 12, Essex County Superior Court indicted the defendant on “two counts of rape and indecent assault on a person 14 years of age or older” and then released him on bail, ignoring an ICE detention order.
Of course, if he had been raped again, no one would have been punished in the Essex County court system.
Peruvian kidnappers
Recently, police in Manassas, Virginia, arrested a Biden “immigrant,” Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera, 23, of Peru, for abducting a girl as she walked to school, Fox 5DC reported.
“The girl told police she was walking to school when a man pulled up in his car, claimed to be a police officer and pulled her into the vehicle,” the station reported.
In addition to kidnapping, Cabrera is charged with robbery, petty theft and impersonating a police officer.
Fox News' Bill Melugin confirmed that a Peruvian friend of Biden's crossed the border in December and was quickly released.
Regarding X, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares pinned the blame for the crime on Harris.
This is “a direct result of Kamala Harris putting her own political agenda above the safety of the American people,” he wrote.
This isn't just negligence, it's a betrayal. The safety of our communities should never be sacrificed for reckless, political decisions.
Voting/Passport Fraud
In Alabama, federal prosecutors found that illegal immigrants were in fact creating and using false documents, supporting claims by left-wing commentators that document fraud is a far-right fantasy or conspiracy theory.
Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, who was residing illegally in Russellville, pleaded guilty to “falsely claiming citizenship for voting purposes, making false statements on a U.S. passport application, using a U.S. passport obtained under false statements, and aggravated identity theft,” the Department of Justice reported.
“According to the information and plea agreement, Francisco falsely identified himself as a United States citizen in approximately 2011,” the Justice Department continued.
Francisco obtained a U.S. passport using false identity in 2011, which he then used to travel to and from his native Guatemala in 2012, 2015, and 2018. Francisco also used the same false identity to register to vote in Alabama in 2016, and to vote in the 2016 and 2020 primary and general elections. And in 2021, Francisco used the same false identity to apply for and receive a renewal passport, which he used to travel to and from Guatemala in 2022.
More arrests
Last week, ICE announced the arrest of Biden's third “immigrant” who entered the U.S. directly by plane on a sex offense: Haitian man Akim Mark Desire, who is accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy.
Cory Alvarez, an “immigrant” from Haiti who also flew in directly at Biden’s direction, was also charged with rape, as was Biden’s “immigrant” from Brazil.
Fox News also confirmed that four Venezuelans arrested in Aurora, Colorado last week were members of Tren de Aragua, Venezuela's largest gang, with 5,000 members.
Border Patrol caught them attempting to enter the country illegally, but released them following longstanding and unlawful orders from President Biden.
One of the four had been arrested on suspicion of trying to beat a man to death, and a judge released him on bail.
