The latest embarrassment, or embarrassment, for the Democrats, comes from Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
A Democratic magistrate judge resigned from his post in early March after being caught holding illegal foreigners. And federal authorities believe that illegal foreigners happen to be members of Venezuela's Tren de Aragua (TDA) terrorist gang.
But Joel Cano may have only lived in the unofficial Democratic motto: illegal aliens “the people we are most interested in.”
Ortega Lopez caught yet another Biden “immigrant” being released to jump up the border and commit a crime.
Ice search
Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been searching for Ortega Lopez since at least March when it reported that he was accused of illegally owning a firearm.
ICE began its investigation in January after receiving anonymous tips.
The TDA allegations were “are said to live with other illegal aliens,” and owning a firearm in Las Luces, Ice reported:
Ortega Lopez illegally entered the United States on December 15, 2023, and was released until deletion procedures were pending. Social media evidence showed Ortega Lopez in possession of multiple firearms at Lasluci's shooting range.
Ortega Lopez is accused of being an illegal foreigner with firearms and ammunition.
On February 28, the Albuquerque Journal reported that Ice Agent had searched the home owned by Judge Kano and his wife Nancy.
“The court filing states that the agent recovered four firearms from a nearby home owned by April Cano, identified in the court application as Nancy Cano's daughter,” the newspaper reported.
The criminal charges allege Ortega Lopez has allowed them to own and fire them, as seen in photos and videos posted on Facebook last December.
Ortega Lopez was taken into custody along with another individual called roommates in court filings. On March 3, he appeared before a US magistrate on charges of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The charges will be subject to the highest fine in a 15-year prison. …
Previously, Ortega Lopez was accused of entering the United States by expanding a barbed wire fence near Eagle Pass, Texas. Three days after Border Patrol custody, he was released on humanitarian parole prior to deportation proceedings by overcrowded facilities in South Laredo, Texas, the Processing Center and the Court Records State.
Prosecutors allege that illegal people have landed in El Paso after Joe Biden's border team lost Ortega Lopez to the unsuspecting masses. “He left the room with five other people,” the Journal reported. There he “met Nancy Cano, who works as a construction and handyman, and accepted her offer to stay in the casita behind her house,” the newspaper continued.
In April 2024, Ortega Lopez filed a request for immigration relief and listed Las Cruce's address as his residence.
Prosecutors say Ortega Lopez has since been told April Cano “had a large number of firearms” and “allowing him to hold various firearms and sometimes fire.”
The exhibit, which was announced in federal court, contains social media images showing Ortega Lopez posing with a judge.
Almost released, the judge resigns
But that may not be the worst of the story. Federal Magistrate Judge Martinez wanted to release Ortega Lopez into Nancy Cano's custody.
“He doesn't think everyone is just going to live in his property,” Martinez inexplicably said of his legal colleague, Kano. The head scratch appears in federal prosecutors' appeal to keep Ortega Lopez locked up. “The appeal also states that Martinez had requested Martinez to assess whether Nancy Cano could become the defendant's third party administrator despite being arrested at her residence,” the journal reported.
However, last week, taxpayers learned why Kano left his post, the newspaper continued.
Kano did not provide any reason for his letter dated March 3rd. However, he quit his creepy job after the Fed discovered Ortega Lopez (who is suspected of TDA membership) living with a judge.
Kano's last day was March 21st. After being elected in 2010, he began his service.
I have a fee
It is whether federal authorities will charge Cano and/or his family of unlawful foreigners, as repeatedly swear by Tom Homan of the Borderland.
Prosecutors may want to investigate whether Canos has openly violated three major points of the law. The law says someone is a crime:
• Know or recklessly ignore the fact that a foreigner has come or remained in the United States by attempting to move or move such alien.
• Such aliens are known or recklessly ignoring the fact that aliens violate the law, violate the United States, detect or attempt to detect concealment, port, or shield, or protect them from detection.
•Encourage or induce foreigners to come, enter or reside in the United States.
Ports aren't serious just because judges appear to be violating Black immigration laws.
For Ortega Lopez, who is still ordered, the authorities are a member of the TDA. The Trump administration is trying to deport those “immigrants” under the Alien Enemy Act (AEA).
When calling the act after declaring the TDA as a terrorist organization (along with other gangs), Trump explained that the TDA is linked to the administration of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro. The AEA executive order states:
The TDA runs alongside Cartel de Los Sales, a narcotello enterprise sponsored by the Venezuela-based Nicolas Maduro administration, and commits brutal crimes such as murder, trickery, tension, human, drugs and weapons transport.
TDA is engaged and continues to engage in mass illegal migration to the United States to promote its objectives of supporting the Maduro administration's goals of hurting American citizens, undermining public safety and destabilizing American democratic nations, including the United States.
The TDA is closely aligned with and indeed permeated with the Maduro regime, including military and law enforcement. TDA has grown significantly, but Tarek El Asami served as Governor of Aragua between 2012 and 2017. In 2017, El Aisomi was appointed Vice President of Venezuela.
