In three interviews over the past three days, Border Emperor Tom Homan reiterated that he asked the Department of Justice. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (DN.Y.) has broken the law hosting webinars telling illegal foreigners how to avoid arrest.
Last week, Homan asked Fox speaker Laura Ingraham to give his opinion to Associate Attorney General Emil Bove on the legality of Ocasio-Cortez's actions and whether the webinar hampered law enforcement. He said he asked.
The lawmaker responded that she was simply illegally advising their rights.
Not so, Homan says, as she clearly teaches illegals how to avoid arrest.
CNN Interview
The scrap between Homan and the lawmakers began after holding a webinar on their Facebook page.
Based on the destructive immigration defense project, the 54-minute “know your rights” broadcast didn't just explain illegal alien rights, as reported by new Americans.
It reveals information such as how, when and where immigration and customs enforcement are raiding, and ice agents use “leawes” to mislead or lie about who they are “I might pretend to be the local police.”
The webinar also claimed that illegals have the right not to allow ice agents to enter the home.

Homan told Ingraham he wrote to Bove to ask for his opinion on Ocasio-Cortez's destructive activities.
“You can say no to them, and they'll leave,” she said. “All you can do is protect the people around you and make sure you're slowing down this system.”
“So, the AOC may be in trouble right now. …In my opinion, conflict is a hindrance,” he told Ingraham. “If we have to remove all federal dollars from the city, we have to do that,” he threatened.
“Do you suggest that she should be charged?” Bash asked.
“I suggest asking the Department of Justice, that's a broad law,” Homan replied.
“I am a prosecutor and I am asking the Department of Justice who they will prosecute and what the prosecution's standards are,” he continued.
At what point is it being blocked? You can call it “know your rights” everything you want because you can. We all know what the bottom line is. The bottom line is how they can avoid law enforcement. “Don't open the door. Please don't answer your questions.”
Hilariously, when Bash repeated Ocasio-Cortez's ridiculous claims, Homan replied that he was “a vaguely familiar with” immigration law.
Do you vaguely recognize immigration law? I've been doing this since 1984. I forgot more about immigration laws that the AOC has known to date.
Homan pointed to a now-famous council hearing where he turned a former immigration law bartender into his school.
Homan said of the illegal Arien criminals ordered to be deported, “They ignored orders from federal judges, they are hiding in their homes and she refused to open the door to them. I'm saying. Right now, I'm not saying it's illegal. What I'm saying is what I asked the Attorney General.
In an attempt to get the final word, Bash falsely claimed that “undocumented is a civil crime.”
In fact, US Code 1325 states:
(1) an alien who enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time when designated by an immigration officer, or (2) to avoid examination or inspection by an immigration officer, or (3) to inadvertently attempt to enter or obtain the United States For false or misleading expressions or intentional concealment of material facts, the United States will be fined under Title 18 for the first committee of such crimes or within six months You will be fined for imprisonment or both. and for subsequent committees of such crimes, they will be fined under Title 18 or imprisoned within two years.
Illegal entry also leads to civil penalties, but the law states that such penalties are “added to and not replaced by criminal penalties that could result in prisons and other civil penalties.” Masu.
Honey and hem
Homan told Fox News' Bill Hemmer and Sean Hannity that it was pretty much the same. Ocasio-Cortez claims she “educates” illegals about their rights, but she says, “Tell people you won't open your door. Hide in your home. Don't talk to Ice.”
And he said those people are criminals and “a threat to public safety.”
“It's like the AOC and other (members of Congress) don't want to enforce the laws that ICE has enacted,” he said.
So again, Homan asks hemmer, he asks the DOJ “Where is that line of obstacle or interference?”
“She wants to go out and tell people she's teaching their constitutional rights,” Homan told Hannity.
Yes, you can call it that. But we all know what she is doing: she wants to tell these people how to avoid arrest, how to avoid ice. We still have child predators looking for in New York in her district – those convicted of child sex offences, those convicted of rape. And she wants to say she educates them with constitutional rights. We are trying to enforce laws enacted by Congress… As a member of Congress, you'll think she'd want to enforce the law on ice.
But like Bash and Hemmer, Homan says to DOJ to find out if the AOC has crossed the line from teaching “how to avoid ice arrests and “about their rights.” He said he asked.
Homan also repeatedly succeeded in destroying the border patrol with Honity Ice and the border closure.
“In the last 24 hours, the US Border Patrol has encountered a total of 229 aliens across the Southwest border,” Homan wrote to X:
That's down from a high of over 11,000 a day under Biden. I started as an agent for the Border Patrol in 1984, but I don't remember that the numbers were so low. President Trump has promised a safe border, and he has delivered.
Homan also explained that internal arrests based on Trump have increased by 137%.
