If border emperor Tom Homan went his way, New York Democratic leader Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could be in prison cell.
Second time, lawmakers advised illegal aliens on how to avoid deportation. Homan emailed the Department of Justice to see if immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) had prevented them from doing their job.
Homan told Fox speaker Laura Ingraham that AOC can go up to hot water, as lawmakers know.
Of course, Ocasio-Cortez is not the only official elected to help illegal actors avoid deportation. The other is Democrat, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.
And five years ago, MP Pramila Jayapal (d-wash.) confessed to help illegal people enter the country to apply for asylum.
Webinar for illegals
On February 12th, Ocasio-Cortez held a webinar on the far-reaching immigration defense project on its Facebook page entitled “Ick with Ice with Ice.”
The 54-minute webinar featured female destroyers who advised illegals on how to avoid arrest and deportation.
Explaining that information is not legal advice, the webinar revealed information on how the ICE will conduct the attack, when and where.
The ice agent also claimed that he “used “loose” to mislead or lie about who he was, and “maybe pretended to be local police.”

The webinar also argued that there was no need for illegal actors or other immigrants to produce documents for ice agents, and that illegals “have the right to refuse to give them fingerprints.” That advice is wrong. Criminal suspects cannot refuse fingerprints.
There are more, but that's the point.
Last week, Libs in Tiktok posted a video of advice to lawmakers' own illegals and their public boundary supporters.
“Principles of what you can do, No. 1,” she said. If millions of people resist, “They can't go as fast as they want.”
Ocasio-Cortez said illegals must know their rights and stopped ice agents from enforcing the law in full support of the instigated rebellions and rebellions in Chicago.
“You can say no to them, and they'll leave,” she said. “All you can do is protect the people around you and make sure you're slowing down this system.”
For the record, Ocasio-Cortez was not a practice lawyer before he entered the legislature. She was a bartender. Illegals will receive advice at their own risk.
Homan: AOC may be “troubled”
Speaking to Ingraham, Homan explained that lawmakers could be obstructing federal law enforcement.
“Today I emailed the Assistant Attorney General. What level of obstacle is that,” Homan said.
Is that a disability? I am not a lawyer or a prosecutor. Is that a disability? Does that hinder our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it? Is she crossing the line?
Homan said he is working with the Department of Justice and that Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove, who threatened to indict city officials in the sanctuary, needs “where is that line?”
“So, AOC may be in trouble right now. …In my opinion, obstruction is a barrier.”
Homan threatened, “We will remove all federal dollars from the city.”
“We're done,” he told Ingraham.
Ocasio-Cortez answered with X in Ridicule.
“Maybe she's going to be in trouble now,” she wrote. “Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution will be a good place to start.”
Again, Ocasio-Cortez is not a lawyer or a constitutional scholar. She might be able to make the right martini.
Murphy and Jayapal
On December 1, 2018, regarding the other destroyers of Capitol Hill, Jayapal confessed about her role in the import of refugees in X.
“I was able to support five asylum seekers — two accompanists, her mother and her nine-year-old child, and a young man with a serious medical condition — to support the US. I've done it,” she writes.
Initially they were rejected for breaching US and international law, but I was able to intervene and allow them to simply present themselves for asylum in the US.
Jayapal did not explain why they were denied or how they entered the country. Federal Immigration Act requires ASYLEE to present themselves to the port of entry. It is a crime to enter the country illegally, and these illegals are subject to detention and deportation, as once famously explained by Ocasio-Cortez.
The third member of the Congress was representative of former Texas representative BETO O'Rourke. His campaign staff used campaign money in their efforts.
In an interview on February 1st, New Jersey's Murphy appeared to confess that she had an illegal foreigner.
“There are people in our wider universe where immigrant status is not yet the point where we are trying to get it,” Murphy said. “And we said, 'What do you know, let her live in our house above our garage.' And we're coming to try and get her. Good luck to the federal government.
“The governor says he's saying what he said. I've made a note of it, so I won't let it go, we'll look into it,” Homan, a Fox speaker. He told Sean Hannity.
If he knowingly holds and hides an illegal foreigner, it is a violation of U.S. Code 1324, a violation of Title 8, I will seek prosecution or the secretary will ask for prosecution. Maybe he's bluffing. If he isn't, we'll deal with it.
Murphy later told the New York Post that his comments were misunderstood. In fact, he said he has legal residents worried about President Donald Trump returning to the White House.
