You've probably never heard of Rainer Feuermich. In fact, not many news sources have covered his story. But Mr. Fuermich, a successful and respected lawyer, has been imprisoned in Germany for almost a year. This is despite the fact that he has not been convicted of any crime. But the government says he is guilty of financial crimes. Apparently he is being charged with embezzlement. But his defenders say his “trespassing” is different.
Fuermich spearheaded the Nuremberg 2.0 movement, which sought to hold those in power accountable for their misdeeds during the coronavirus pandemic. Thereby he threatened their power and wallet.
So, in the words of Stalin's right-hand man Lavrenty Beria, they were shown the man and the crime was discovered.
Is Government Zero really a hero?
At Substack, writer Robin Westenra provided background on Fellmich's story last month. According to Westenra,
Rainer Fellmich, 66, has been a trial lawyer in Germany and California for nearly 30 years, always defending consumers and small businesses against large corporations.
He has also worked for Volkswagen (diesel issue), Kuehne und Nagel, and Füllmich himself, winning major cases against Deutsche Bank, which he defined as “one of the biggest criminal organizations.”
During the 2020 lockdown, Fellmich and his wife were on a ranch in California, but the situation seemed so strange that they decided to return to Germany to find out what was really going on.
He quickly admitted crimes against humanity caused by the coronavirus, and on July 10, he traveled to Berlin with three other lawyers, Vivian Fischer, Antonia Fischer (no relation) and Justus Hoffmann, to fight the coronavirus pandemic. An investigation committee was established. Its purpose is to shed light on the actions of governments, institutions, the medical community and others during the C-19 pandemic.
Fellmich also collected a huge amount of information. In fact, Westenra said, he conducted about 400 interviews with about 150 scientists and experts around the world.
threaten those in power
But what really rattled the establishment, his defenders say, was what Fuermich planned to do with that information. As American Thinker's Janet Levy writes today, what actually drew the ire of authorities?
He is leading Nuremberg 2.0, a movement to indict the elites who orchestrated the coronavirus pandemic as part of the Great Reset. Mr. Füllmich…German Corona Investigation Committee (GCIC)…investigated the spread of the virus, its real danger, the reliability of PCR tests, and how much damage pandemic countermeasures (including vaccines) have caused.
The committee will also ask whether measures such as lockdowns, masks, social distancing and isolation were protecting people from COVID-19, or whether big pharmaceutical companies are making huge profits selling PCR tests, antigen and antibody tests and vaccines. We also investigated whether they were just trying to cause panic in order to gain profit.
Regarding Nuremberg 2.0, I wrote about our efforts in 2022. Dr. Robert Malone, a renowned pioneer of mRNA vaccine technology, referred to the imposition of a coronavirus “vaccine” as “the greatest human experiment in recorded history.” He also said that “Mr. Fellmich's claim of 'crimes against humanity' may have some validity.”
The Empire Strikes Back?
So what can you do if you are in a facility and someone wants to charge you with a crime?
First, accuse him of a crime.
Levy explained the background to the lawsuit against Fellmich, and GCIC wrote:
Donations were received from many sources. Members were concerned that the government would freeze their funds, so the decision was made to buy and hold 1 million euros worth of gold. In another custodial measure, Mr. Fuelmich and another committee member, Vivian Fischer, withdrew the funds from the committee as private secured loans. Fuermich, who borrowed 700,000 euros (about $782,000), was supposed to sell his house and pay it back. Both gold purchases and loans were clearly documented.
I won't go into the main subject as the lawsuit is somewhat related. (If you're interested, Levy goes into more detail.) But in summary, some committee officials are accusing Fuelmich of embezzlement. This, Levy claims, was despite the fact that the proceeds from the sale of his house (€1,158,000) ended up in one of the accusers' accounts. Mr. Feuermich also maintains that he was framed by the German government. They further claim that federal authorities used plants within his committee to accomplish this.
Who is the villain?
So what is the truth? There is no question that even a well-intentioned person may enrich himself through good deeds if given the opportunity. Of course, we don't know if this is the case with Fellmich. However, one thing we can say for sure:
Modern nationalist governments are not inherently good. They are crazy about power.
And the law remains the same. As I reported in August, notorious New York prosecutor Letitia James used this to attack and destroy conservative websites. Roger Stone was the target of a 'shock and awe' pre-dawn attack simply because he was an associate of Donald Trump. And, of course, there is Trump himself, the figurehead of politically-driven prosecutors.
The scary truth — for the establishment
And whatever the truth about Fellmich's legal issues, his resolve regarding COVID-19 seems convincing. As reported by Levy, GCIC came to the following conclusions:
The survival rate was 99.97%, Covid-19 was no more dangerous than the common flu, did not cause excess deaths, and children were not at risk from the coronavirus. A study by Stanford University professor and physician-researcher John Ioannides found that the mortality rate was comparable to the seasonal flu, causing people to panic unnecessarily. PCR tests are unreliable and were used to prove outbreaks. According to Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer vice president and biotechnology leader, the false positive rate was 89% to 94%. Mandates including lockdowns had no impact on the incidence of coronavirus. Morbidity and mortality rates were similar in Sweden, which took a laissez-faire approach, and in the United Kingdom, which took a strict approach. There were credible reports around the world that doctors and hospitals were receiving financial incentives for declaring deceased patients victims of COVID-19. The medical system was never in danger of being overwhelmed. Many hospitals were empty. As an example, the hospital ship Comfort, which was docked outside New York City, could only accommodate 20 patients instead of 1,000. Anti-coronavirus measures were aimed at destroying local economies, creating dependence on global supply chains, reducing populations, and establishing a world government under the auspices of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations.
Swamp Things are hard to kill
In addition, Mr. Fuelmich and some of his colleagues “worked to identify the culprits, which included a number of financial, pharmaceutical, and technology companies,” Mr. Levy wrote. “They were determined to prosecute under criminal law and seek civil damages through a class action lawsuit. An international network of lawyers was to take up the case and present overwhelming evidence from experts. Live streaming will ensure that the public can determine political consequences for world leaders who are complicit in the global 'plandemic.'
If this is true, it means that Fellmich really intended to “drain the swamp'' with prejudice. Therefore, perhaps, most likely, he is guilty of the charges against him. But if that's the case, they've come at a very convenient time for the pseudo-elites, just in time to save their own skin.
