In a story that didn't get the attention it deserved, perhaps because of the Los Angeles fires and the Muslim rape gang scandal that exploded in the UK, Pope Francis has accused Trump-hating, gay-supporting prelates of Washington was appointed as the new archbishop of direct current
And Francis strongly criticized President-elect Trump for appointing Bishop Robert McElroy of the Diocese of San Diego, California, to run the metropolitan diocese.
But the criticism of President Trump pales in comparison to the appointments made to Rachel Mastrogiacomo and other sexual abuse victims. By appointing McElroy, Pope Francis “spit in my face,” she said. McElroy defended the priest who raped her in a satanic ritual.
In fact, the Pope knew about McElroy's cover-up even before he appointed him.
heretic
McElroy's opponents, especially other bishops and priests, believe he is a heretic. A year after Pope Francis gave McElroy the red hat, Bishop Thomas Paplochi of Springfield, Illinois, wrote a column in First Things magazine called “Imagining a Heretical Cardinal.”
Paprocki did not mention McElroy by name, but Jules Gomes, writing for Stream.org, wrote:
What would happen if a cardinal of the Catholic Church publicly stated that homosexual acts are not a sin and that same-sex unions should be celebrated by the Church?Until recently, the successors of the apostle made such heretical statements. It was difficult to imagine doing so. Unfortunately, today it is not uncommon to hear Catholic leaders affirming unorthodox views that not long ago were espoused only by heretics.
But Mr. Paprocki also included a quote from Mr. McElroy, a magazine of the far-left Jesuit order, provided in the United States. McElroy called for the “radical inclusion” of homosexuals, women and “other people” in the church. In other words, Paprocki indirectly accused McElroy of being a heretic.
McElroy is in favor of allowing homosexuals and divorced and remarried Catholics to receive Holy Communion despite serious and obvious sins without the benefit of a declaration of annulment. Catholics believe that Jesus Christ is present in the Eucharist (body, blood, soul, divinity) and that it is a mortal sin to receive the sacrament of the altar without being in a state of grace. In a follow-up to his response to critics, McElroy made it clear that he does not believe sodomy is a serious crime.
It is unknown whether McElroy is gay. But like many other bishops, his predecessor, Archbishop Wilton Gregory, came out as gay 18 years ago when he was Bishop of Atlanta.
In X, former Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas, who was removed by Pope Francis after the orthodox bishop criticized the pope, slammed the appointment.
“In November, I asked the bishops of the United States, 'What will it take?'” he wrote.
No wonder there was no response from the bishops. The appointment of the corrupt Cardinal McElroy to the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C., has caused trouble again.
The blatant corruption of Pope Francis and the American Cardinals is on full display with the appointment of a McCarrick clone to the same archdiocese where McCarrick's evil reigned twenty years ago. All of us who love Jesus Christ and His Church must speak out against these hierarchical wolves. We cannot remain silent in the face of this blatant corruption.
Once again, I call on my brother bishops to speak up and say no to the constant undermining of the truth of Jesus Christ. We all need the voice of St. John the Baptist calling the viper horde in the Vatican to “repent and believe the Gospel.” We must not remain silent as another flock of the church takes on the burden of hiring corruption for their shepherds.
Father Paul Kalczyk called McElroy one of “McCarrick's wolves” and “the tongue of Grima Worm.” McCarrick was former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, a juvenile rapist and abuser of seminarians.
open borders
And, not surprisingly, McElroy is an open border lobbyist.
“During President Trump's first term, Mr. McElroy encouraged Catholics to become 'destroyers' of Mr. Trump's anti-immigrant policies,” Gomez recalled.
“We must stop those who want to send troops into the streets to deport illegal immigrants and separate mothers and fathers from their families.” “We must disrupt those who paint refugees as enemies rather than our brothers and sisters in dire need.”
After Trump's 2016 victory, McElroy lamented the “deep sickness of the soul in American political life” and said Catholics “will have more than 10 percent of our flock torn from our midst and deported.” It would be “unthinkable'' to stand by and watch.'' ”
protected demon priest
It is also not surprising that McElroy protected priests involved in satanic ritual abuse.
In September, two victims of such abuse sent a letter to Pope Francis. One of them was Mastrogiacomo, who reported that McElroy shielded his abuser.
“I was ritually raped by Father Jacob Beltran in the context of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass,” she wrote.
At the time of my satanic ritual abuse, I was in my early twenties, vulnerable and a devout virgin, but I eventually came to understand religious life in some communities. Some of the graphic details of my case have been reported in numerous publications, as Beltran's serious acts of desecration included felony rape.
When I reported Bertrand's satanic rituals to the Diocese of San Diego, I was relieved that he was immediately removed from the ministry. However, when Bertrand later returned to the ministry and learned that his dark deeds were covered up by Bishop Robert McElroy, I filed criminal charges against him. Despite McElroy's lawyer refusing to cooperate with prosecutors, Bertrand pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years' probation. If I had not filed an appeal in criminal court to expose Bertrand's (sic) felony conduct and McElroy's cover-up, Bertrand would still be in the ministry and would not be eligible for occult blood rituals or the Satanic Black Mass. He may have been preying on some other vulnerable virgin.
Mastrogiacomo took to Facebook to attack the Pope for ignoring the letter and appointing McElroy to run the Diocese of Washington, D.C.
“Each time this man ascends to the highest ranks of the church, his victims are raped again, and the stay-at-home mothers who choose to bravely stand up for them face public humiliation and endless punishment.” You will experience the agony of personal pain,” Mastrogiacomo wrote on Facebook on January 6th. “That woman happens to be me.”
She continued to criticize Pope Francis on January 9th.
In my letter to Pope Francis, I asked: “How can you and other bishops turn a blind eye to these betrayals?” …to investigate and discipline priests and virgins like me who ritually abuse girls. When you refuse, you are sending a message that we are not worth protecting. Worst of all, you are sending the message that our Eucharistic Lord is not worth protecting. ” Three months later, he betrayed me and elevated Cardinal McElroy to the Archdiocese of Washington. I hesitate to say this, but it felt like he had spat in my face, or worse, on the holy face of our Eucharistic Lord.
In September, Lisa Roers also wrote a letter to the Pope. “Father Dennis Hanneman sexually abused me for two years starting in the fall of 1972, when I was in fifth grade,” she wrote.
It's best not to repeat the details.
