Another one of President Joe Biden's Haitian “migrants” who flew directly into the country has been charged with a sex crime.
The suspect is accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old boy and is the second Haitian to be flown directly into the country for a sex offense.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) took Akim Mark Desire into custody after local police arrested him on suspicion of molestation.
And Biden has not stopped the illegal program of bringing in penniless Third World “migrants” by plane, nor has he stopped releasing dangerous “migrants” after they cross the Southwest border and are apprehended by the Border Patrol, even though a crime wave began the moment the “migrants” set foot on the ground.
ICE Arrests
ICE released details about Desire, who Biden flew into the U.S. through the illegal program that imports 30,000 Colombians, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans each month. In other words, the program, known as CHNV, airlifts almost 400,000 illegal immigrants each year.
“Desiree entered the United States lawfully on June 4, 2023 but violated the conditions of her lawful entry,” ICE reported, seemingly forgetting that Biden's CHNV importation program is actually illegal.
This means that Desire did not enter the country “legally.”
More from ICE:
Mansfield, Massachusetts police arrested Desire on August 28 and charged her with lewd acts and assault on a child under the age of 14. Following her arrest, ERO Boston (Enforcement and Removal Services) filed an immigration detention order against Desire with Mansfield police.
On August 29, the Attleboro District Court in Massachusetts charged Desire with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
ERO Boston officers arrested Desiree in Attleboro District Court on August 30 and issued a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge. Desiree remains in ERO custody.
Independent television station WHDH provided further details.
The boy and his mother reported the sexual abuse to police, and officers then showed up to the home where Desiree was believed to be living, the station reported.
“Police questioned him through a Haitian interpreter, but he denied having any contact with the child and stated, '…I don't speak English, so how am I supposed to talk to him?'” the station reported.
Mansfield's police chief told the station that Desire violated the terms of his contract with BidenAir by failing to contact immigration officials after landing.
Second Haitian sex offender arrives by plane
In a way, this crime is barely news because there are so many of Biden's “immigrants” and they're committing so many crimes that it would be nearly impossible to keep track of them all.
The first Biden “immigrant” from Haiti who flew in to be charged with a major sex crime was Cory Alvarez, who was arrested and arraigned in March for raping a 15-year-old girl, also a Biden “immigrant,” but a left-leaning judge ignored the ICE detention order, released him on $500 bail, and ordered him to wear an ankle monitor and read the Bible.
This forced ICE to launch a search operation to find and arrest him, and ICE arrested him last month.
The third rape suspect ICE has been forced to pursue after authorities ignored detention orders is Biden “a migrant” from Brazil, who also is accused of raping a girl in the Bay State.
Perhaps the most dangerous of Biden's “migrants” caught by ICE is Peruvian murderer Gianfranco Torres Navarro, wanted on 23 murder charges in his home country and arrested alongside his illegal immigrant girlfriend. Torres Navarro is a key member of Los Killas de Ventanilla y Callao, an extortion ring that preys on construction companies.
Border Patrol agents apprehended Torres-Navarro as he crossed the southwest border and then released him shortly thereafter, another illegal aspect of Biden's border policy. Federal law requires them to detain and deport illegal immigrants.
CHNV Program
Biden's CHNV program is clearly illegal, as the articles of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas make clear.
The article states that the program “was never authorized by Congress.” Andrew Arthur of the Center for Immigration Studies declares the program illegal, saying, “It is completely separate from the restrictions Congress established in the Immigration and Nationality Act.”
And, predictably, that has made it a perfect target for immigration scammers.
As Fox News revealed in early August, the fraud was so widespread that the Department of Homeland Security suspended the program “out of an abundance of caution.”
“Congressional officials told Fox News Digital that it was paused in mid-July after an internal report uncovered widespread fraud in applicant sponsorship applications,” the network reported. The report found that “Social Security numbers, addresses and phone numbers were used hundreds of times on forms for people who applied for the program.”
A portion of the report provided to Fox News Digital by the conservative immigration group, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), found that 100,948 applications were filled out by 3,218 consecutive sponsors (people whose numbers appear on 20 or more applications).
The leak also found that 24 of the 1,000 most frequently used numbers belonged to deceased people. Meanwhile, 100 addresses were used between 124 and 739 times on more than 19,000 forms. These addresses included warehouses. The leak also found that one sponsor's phone number was submitted on more than 2,000 forms, and 2,839 forms had a non-existent sponsor's postcode.
FAIR's report raises questions about the veracity of Desire and Alvarez's applications.
Biden's Venezuelan “migrants” continue to expose crimes across the country, from New York City to Chicago to Denver, Colorado.
