The same forces and globalist organizations responsible for COVID-19 vaccinations and the unprecedented global tyranny imposed under the guise of fighting the virus are also preparing for a potentially devastating strain of H5N1 avian influenza, or “bird flu.” Prominent doctors and critics are already sounding the alarm.
Last month, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), in collaboration with Brazil's far-left government, quietly hosted a Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit in Rio de Janeiro with the goal of war-games and working with global health “authorities” and big pharma to urge governments to prepare for the next pandemic.
The speakers, including some self-described “public health experts,” warned that a new “vaccine” would have to be developed and deployed within 100 days of the outbreak, and that people in poorer countries would also need to be vaccinated — so they would have a vaccine ready for whatever monsters, real or imagined, lurk.
Participants also argued that man-made “climate change” is exacerbating the threat, an argument echoed by world “public health” leaders who say that everything from gun violence to racism to global warming are “public health” emergencies that require urgent action.
The international news media has been largely silent about the crucial Rio summit, even as a growing number of government officials and “experts” warn of the possibility of a bird flu pandemic that could cause unprecedented deaths. The U.S. government is already funneling taxpayer money to Moderna and other big pharmaceutical companies in the name of preparing a bird flu “vaccine.”
Meanwhile, policymakers and executives from major pharmaceutical companies are preparing for an “International Avian Influenza Summit” to be held in Washington from October 2 to 4. The aim of the summit is to prepare “mortality management plans,” “vaccine” distribution and “surveillance,” among other possibilities, according to the event's website.
“The emergence of a highly virulent strain of avian influenza affecting both cattle and humans makes it urgent that we come together to discuss preparedness, response strategies, and the future impacts of this evolving situation,” the site continues, urging government officials, bureaucrats and major pharmaceutical company representatives to sign the petition.
All this is happening as the World Health Organization prepares for an emergency meeting this week to discuss the possibility of declaring a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern.” If a “PHEIC” is declared, the WHO claims it has broad powers to fight a “health emergency,” and is seeking to seize even broader powers.
At the CEPI summit in late July, an unspecified “Disease X” was officially the topic of discussion – the same topic that featured at the recent WEF summit in Davos – but the growing hysteria around bird flu and monkeypox suggests that either or both may soon be declared “emergencies”, justifying a global Covid-like tyranny.
“CEPI's business plan predicts successive pandemics and the only way to combat them is through mass vaccination,” explained Dr. Peter A. McCullough, one of the first physicians to sound the alarm about the suppression of legitimate early Covid treatments and the now-apparent problems with “vaccines.”
“CEPI's business plan makes no mention of any treatments for acute diseases or treating patients,” he told The New American. “CEPI is essentially a vaccine incubator, fully syndicated within the biopharmaceutical conglomerate, poised to reap huge investments and profits using the COVID-19 pandemic as a template.”
But this model is dangerously flawed, explained the renowned physician and cardiologist who gained international acclaim as a top medical leader during the COVID-19 pandemic after writing a major book exposing the “bio-pharmaceutical complex.” “Vaccines should never be used in a widespread pandemic, as they will encourage resistance and are doomed to be ineffective and prolong the pandemic,” he said, echoing the concerns of other leading experts in the field.
Still, while CEPI's same business plan could be tried again, Dr McCullough said he doesn't think Brazil or the world will be “fooled” again.
CEPI’s background has raised great concern among medical experts who have exposed the tyranny of the Covid pandemic. Consider that CEPI was founded in partnership with Big Pharma, billionaire population control enthusiast Bill Gates, and the pro-Communist China World Economic Forum (WEF), founded by “Great Reset” peddler Klaus Schwab.
Dr. Peter Breggin, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and author of “COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey,” told The New American in a phone interview that the group actually wrote up a coronavirus pandemic scenario in its 2017 business plan. Dr. Breggin's book devotes nearly an entire chapter to the shady organization.
“This is just devastating,” Breggin said when asked about the pandemic meeting. “They got more out of COVID than they ever imagined. I can't wait to beat the crap out of us again.”
“They now know that they can just fake any kind of terrorist event or disease or anything else and the whole world will come to its knees,” explained Dr. Breggin, widely known as the “conscience of psychiatry.”
Breggin warned that while CEPI is still relatively unknown to the general public, it has played a major role behind the scenes in everything from responding to the pandemic to seed funding for the mRNA shots that have been rolled out as a COVID-19 cure. For example, CEPI provided seed funding for three “successful” COVID-19 vaccines, including Moderna's mRNA vaccine.
“Whatever it is, they just need to scare us and force the president and every other government to strengthen their totalitarianism and take our wealth,” warned Breggin, who called those responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic “global predators” who want to murder and enslave.
“In our first book, we called CEPI's preliminary business plan the actual plan for the whole unfolding of what happened with COVID,” he continued. “CEPI's business plan was written with all the bad actors. They all had input. And then they did the dirty work.”
Breggin also mentioned CEPI director Dr. Richard Hatchett's ties to the US biodefense agency BARDA, and his successor, Rick Bright, who previously worked for the Rockefeller Foundation, which published a report in 2010 that included a section called “Lockstep,” which posited that a pandemic would lead to draconian responses by governments around the world that would be roughly the same as what happened with COVID-19 a decade later.
“He's the guy that stopped hydroxychloroquine,” Breggin said, noting that hydroxychloroquine is known to be effective in fighting the coronavirus.
While CEPI is fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, Breggin's concerns are understandable given the controversial actors and organisations involved.
For example, Gates, the co-founder of CEPI, famously said in a 2010 TED Talk that “if we do a really good job with new vaccines, medical treatments, and reproductive health services, we can reduce[the world's population]by 10 to 15 percent.” Gates has also repeatedly praised the genetic engineering elements of mRNA injections.
Meanwhile, CEPI's key partners, Schwab and the WEF, have spent decades nurturing the genocidal Chinese Communist Party and trying to impose its “model” on the world.
Global “health” bureaucrats are also key players, repeating the usual talking points at the Rio Summit.
“Preparing for the next pandemic will require us to marshal science and political resolve,” declared World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, a former ethnic Marxist terrorist leader who was put in charge of the WHO by Bill Gates and the Chinese Communist Party. “Increasing our knowledge of the many pathogens that surround us is a global project that requires the participation of scientists from every country.”
Tedros went on to warn that if politicians do not jump on the bandwagon, humanity will be at risk of further pandemics. “History teaches us that the next pandemic is not a matter of if, but when,” he said. “It also teaches us that science and political resolve are key to mitigating its impact.”
Dr Hatchett, leader of CEPI and former head of the US military's controversial “bioflement” bureaucracy, also hinted at this topic in his public comments at the Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit.
“The WHO scientific framework for epidemic and pandemic research preparedness marks an important shift in the way the world approaches preparedness development, and is strongly supported by CEPI,” explained Dr Hatchett.
He added, “As announced at the 2024 Global Pandemic Preparedness Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the framework will help direct and coordinate research across pathogen families. It is a strategy that aims to strengthen the world's capacity to respond rapidly to unexpected variants, emerging pathogens, zoonotic disease spillovers and unknown threats known as Pathogen X.”
CEPI is a perfect example of the WEF-backed “stakeholder” model, a fascistic partnership between big business and big government. In fact, even officially, CEPI's goal was to build partnerships between governments, the business sector, and fake tax-exempt “charities” to develop and promote a vaccine against future pandemics.
In reality, this model simply eliminates the natural checks and balances between governments, corporations, media outlets, and civil society organizations by grouping them under the same umbrella, leaving any remaining non-machine opponents to be marginalized, demonized, censored, and in some cases attacked.
Leading vaccine salesmen associated with the organization, such as Dr. Peter Hotez, are now calling for the deployment of the military and NATO against those who resist mass vaccination plans at gunpoint.
In the months leading up to the COVID-19 outbreak, the WEF and the Gates Foundation teamed up to organize “Event 201” at Johns Hopkins University to simulate a totalitarian response to a new respiratory virus. The exercise bore striking similarities to what actually happened just a few months later. CEPI critics have suggested that these meetings may have played a similar role.
The goal of these efforts does not seem to be to protect humanity from a pandemic, true health experts say. Rather, it all seems aimed at allowing powerful forces to extract huge amounts of money from the public in the name of creating a “vaccine,” and then shielding all involved from responsibility and accountability if the public is injured or killed by the so-called “safe and effective” product.
The US government is fully in support of CEPI and its members' plans. In fact, last month the Department of Health and Human Services announced that it would funnel over $175 million of US taxpayer money to Moderna, the notorious company that developed a failed and deadly mRNA Covid-19 “vaccine.”
“We have successfully applied lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic to prepare for future public health crises,” Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, who has advocated for child amputations under the guise of “gender-reassignment care,” argued. “As part of this, we continue to develop new vaccines and other tools to address influenza and strengthen our pandemic response capacity.”
“Importantly, we are conducting this research in partnership with some of the nation's leading scientists and clinicians,” Becerra continued. “The Biden-Harris Administration will not stop until we have everything we need to prepare for any pandemic or other public health emergency that affects the American people.”
These federal expenditures are not just unwise, they are unconstitutional. With even the leaders of the National Institutes of Health admitting under oath that the NIH knowingly and knowingly funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a much better way to protect humanity from pandemics (and “plandemics”) would be to hold accountable everyone who played a role in the last pandemic.
It is past time that CEPI, WHO and all their allies should be criminally investigated for their various violations. If prosecutors and law enforcement continue to delay, COVID may seem like a walk in the park compared to the dangers that CEPI in Rio and WHO in Geneva are “preparing” for. The clock is ticking.
