Another nationalist politician has been banned from taking office as it has become a global pattern of law against populist figures who do not follow the policies that globalists have been set forth.
On Monday, a French court convicted Marine Le Pen, a national assembly leader who misused European Union funds. She is currently prohibited from seeking public office for the next five years. The ban will take effect immediately and remain in place during any appeal process. Le Pen also received four years in prison, half of which was suspended, with the other half being accompanied by an electronic bracelet.
Jerome Riviere, a former member of the European Parliament, said the charges led by the verdict were “fake.”
Essentially, the accusations against her were members of the European Parliament, who hired people for her, and brought them in Paris in place of these people who work in Brussels and Strasbourg in the offices of the European Parliament. They are fake fees. When you are a politician and an elected member of the European Parliament, you are a member of the European Parliament, even when you are in your country. That makes no sense at all.
Riviere said in a recent poll, Le Pen was 12 points ahead of the next candidate. She was planning to win the next election.
The Frenchman was silent
Le Pen left the court before the judge finished speaking. She told TF1 TV that the ruling was a “political” attempt to stop her. “Let's be clear,” she said. “I'm excluded, but in reality, it's millions of French people who have excluded the voices,” she vowed to fight through the best possible path.
Unless she can win a quick appeal, experts don't think it's unlikely, the 2027 president's front runner can't run.
As far as globalists are concerned, the most frightening element of Le Pen's platform is her immigration attitude. France, like much of Western Europe, is flooded with large migrations from Africa. France is suffering from many terrorist attacks committed by Muslims.
Le Pen advocates for the reduction of immigration and the deportation of illegal immigrants who commit crimes. She proposed a ban on hijabs in public places. She supports “France's first” policy in regards to employment, welfare and accommodation.
Le Pen is probably out, but her party isn't. Her number two, Jordan Bardera, will likely be the presidential candidate to represent the national rally.
Part of the pattern
Le Pen's exclusion is part of a clear pattern of law for nationalist and populist leaders around the world.
On March 10, the Romanian Constitutional Court reaffirmed its decision to ban Karin George Coo, the Central Election Bureau's frontrunner presidential candidate, ending his candidate forever. The official reason for Georgescu's exclusion was that his popularity was the result of Russian election interference, and that he lied about the campaign funding. Georgescu happened to be an ardent nationalist who was not fully equipped in the anti-European Union, anti-unit Nations, pro-values, and Western European proxy war against Russia.
Jair Bolsonaro, former Brazilian right-wing president, is another person along the railway by judicial activists after his 2022 election victory was likely stolen from him. In 2023, Bolsonaro was banned from public office until 2030 due to the supposed abuse of power, which was supposed to be assumed, in order to attack the legitimacy of Brazil's voting system. The Brazilian Supreme Court recently ruled that it would withstand a trial allegedly conspiring to overthrow the government. If convicted, he could face a lengthy prison sentence.
Many Americans are thinking about what is going on in Le Pen, Borsanaro and Georgek, just like what Donald Trump has experienced. But Trump has cleared many legal hurdles. He also avoided at least two assassination attempts and won in November last year to win reelection.
