ETH, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, soared above $3,000 on Saturday, reaching its highest level since August 2, according to CoinDesk data. The price rose 23.39% this week, its biggest gain since May and significantly outpaced BTC’s 11.2% rise. The market capitalization of cryptocurrencies increased by 13.5% to $2.5 trillion.
