Missouri GOP Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate President Joe Biden's “psychic ability” and who ran the country in the past four years.
In a letter to DOJ inspector General Michael Horowitz, Bailey wrote that the administration's trekking to the hot swamp on the left suggests that Biden's staff could use the “incompetence” of the elderly president to pursue a radical agenda.
If so, Biden's orders and pardons were “unconstitutional and legally invalid,” he wrote to X.
Bailey's letter coincides with the release of the document signed by Biden. The Heritage Foundation surveillance project had only one live signature (a letter he left the presidential race), and the rest had automatic eye contact.
If it's true, Bailey is right. Most of the time, if any of the orders were legal.
Take advantage of incompetence
“It appears that Biden administration staff and officers can issue orders without an accountable president who approves sound minds, as they may have exploited Biden's incompetence,” Bailey writes.
That would explain why the Biden administration's orders were far more aggressively on the left than the previous president. In fact, those orders are void if Biden's staff were exploiting his mental decline.
Bailey explained that the state must know because “the Biden White House argued that it would vacate the death sentences for several convicted murderers of committing crimes in Missouri.”
He also said Biden dropped out of the race “due to his apparent decline.” Certainly, that argument was a setup to force Biden to stop racing.
Mike Johnson review
Similarly, Bailey pointed to Biden's assessment of GOP House speaker Mike Johnson.
Johnson spoke to Barriweis of the Free Press in January and said he learned firsthand that Biden wasn't there and that he hadn't been there for a while.
“I know this through personal observation, and now the whole world knows it. And since I got this position, it's very… very concerned for me. …The Wall Street Journal got it and put it on the front page, so it's now open to me,” he told Weiss.
The Journal published a story that “decreased” a story called Biden, claiming that “advisors shortened the meeting and controlled access.
White House staff kept Johnson away from Biden, and Johnson was surprised when the two finally met.
Johnson, who met Biden personally, asked the elderly why he suspends the export of liquid natural gas to Europe, a major concern for Johnson members. LNG is a large export from Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
“I didn't,” Biden said.
Continue with Johnson:
I said, President, yes, you did. As you know, it was an executive order three weeks ago. And he says, “No, I didn't do that,” he argues with me. I said, Mr. President, in honor, I said it's okay to go out here and ask the secretary to print it, and we'll read it together? You definitely did it.
Biden told Johnson that he had signed an order to study the effects of LNG.
“I said, you're not, sir,” Johnson recalled:
You paused it. know. My state has terminals and export terminals. I spoke to those people this morning. This is causing great damage to our economy and national security.
Biden “I really didn't know what he signed,” he told Weiss.

Robert Herr and Lindy Lee
Bailey also said special adviser Robert Hurr, who improperly stores classified documents at Biden's home, could not indict Biden because the ju judges could not view him as “an elderly person who remembers the Vice President.”
I asked Bailey:
If Biden fails to form men's rare due to criminal conduct (low bar), can anyone have the confidence to have the ability to make decisions as the US CEO?
Men's rare means “a heart of guilty” or “a state of mind legally necessary to convict a particular crime,” as the Cornell Law School website explains.
“There is deep reason to suspect that Biden's staff and political allies have exploited the spiritual decline of issuing presidential orders without knowing their approval,” Bailey writes. “The closest” to the frail president “people seemed to have worked to hide Biden's decline, allowing them to maintain the impact they would not have otherwise.”
Lindy Lee, a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee, said Biden is not in charge, Bailey. “The people who ran our country for the past four years” were his staff, his wife and son, Hunter Biden. ”
“Finally,” Bailey wrote: It is included in the extraordinary orders since November.”
• Evade the death penalty for almost everyone who has been sentenced to the ultimate punishment;
• Gives his son, Hunter Biden a blanket pardon that dates back more than a decade, despite his previous promises he would not.
• Supports the legally frivolous theory that equal rights amendments were ratified in a timely manner.
Certainly, relying on the far left group, Biden has allowed sentences and commutes to 2,500 individuals, which he described as “non-violent,” but he has given to tolerance to people like Adrian Peeler, who killed his mother and her eight-year-old child. In addition to this, the other far-left orders that Biden allegedly issued were not supported before spiritual decline – strongly suggesting exploitation by staff and staff who want to promulgate far-left policies without accountability or democratic legitimacy.
Bailey writes that if the person signing the document “has no mental ability,” the document says “the document is invalid, ab initio, or “from the beginning.”
“Who has run this country in the last few years?” asked Bailey. “Biden does so by name alone while serving in the presidential office, fearing that he was merely a puppet for the unelected staff on both sides. People deserve to know the truth.”
Surveillance Project: Strange Signature
Bailey's investigation leads to findings from the surveillance project.
The project collected all documents that could be found in Biden's signature and found that all documents except his announcement that he had stopped the presidential election “used the same autopen signature.”
Referring to the talk of Johnson's meeting with Biden, the project asked who signed the LNG order.
“Investigators must first determine who controlled the autopen and checked it out to determine whether then-President Biden actually ordered a signature on relevant legal documents or whether he has mental capacity,” the project said.
