Democrats on the left and right continue their strange crusades to return illegal alien and gang suspects from El Salvador back to the US.
Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen believes Kilmer Abrego Garcia is one of his “constituents” and has landed in El Salvador today. Other Democrats are expected to join him. Van Hollen was denied permission to visit Garcia at the country's terrorist detention centre.
But as Democrats try to save one of the “people we are most interested in,” Patty Morin, one of the illegal alien goons, said that after kidnapping, raping and murdering her daughter Rachel in 2024, one Democrat called her family isn't one Democrat called her family.
The weaker optics for Democrats are court records that revealed Garcia's wife filed a protection order against him in 2021. However, she writes that he is the father of the year.
Deported to El Salvador, imprisoned in Secott
Immigration and customs enforcement retreated Garcia, whom he belongs to on March 15 – “wrongly,” claimed by left-wing media, who landed at the country's terrorist confinement centre. The usual laws continued. The US District Court ordered Garcia to return, and the US Supreme Court agreed 9-0. However, Scotus pointed out that the administration must “promote” his return rather than do it. He also noted that the federal district courts do not control foreign policy decisions.
The administration has claimed, and still has, that Garcia is a member of the wild MS-13 gang, with a final deportation order. And since President Trump has declared MS-13 a terrorist organization, an order to delay deportation is pointless.
Van Hollen to the rescue
In Stepped Van Hollen, it appears he has never met an illegal alien he dislikes.
He asked to meet with Naive Buquere, the hardworking president of El Salvador. At a meeting at the White House, Bukel said he would not release Garcia from the detention center known as Secott. He called the request “idiotty.”
“How can I smuggle terrorists into the United States?” asked Bukel. “We have no power to bring him back to the US.”
Today, Van Hollen flew to San Salvador, hoping to meet Garcia.
“The goal of this mission is to let the Trump administration know that the Salvadoran government will continue to fight to get home until Alberto Garcia returns to his family,” Van Hollen said in a video X post.
Hollen calls the deportation a “miscarriage of justice” and focuses on Scotts' decision.
This is about a legitimate process, and this is about the rule of law. What bullies do, they start by choosing the most vulnerable, but remove the US rule of law and legitimate procedures, and from there it is a short path to tyranny. ”
Speaking on an improvised press this afternoon, Van Hollen said he had been denied permission to see Garcia. “I am asking President Bukere to do the right thing and allow Abrego Garcia to leave prison,” he said. Van Hollen said Garcia had not been charged with a crime, had not been convicted of a crime and was “illegally accused of the crime.” The senator on the top left said he would “push” for Garcia's release.
Morin ignored it
Other Democrats' efforts to return Van Hollen and Garcia opened the door for Patty Morin to explain how they treated her after Martinez Hernandez broke her daughter's skull like a rock. On Monday he was found guilty of planned murder, rape and lure on the Harford County, Maryland trail.
“I'm very angry,” she told Hannity:
I'm actually furious, but I'm way too sad to show my anger at the same time. (Van Hollen) We didn't call our family. He did not express his feelings of sadness. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris (Alejandro of Homeland Security) Mallorcas, here in Maryland, hasn't any action in any way.
Democrats are working overtime for Garcia, but have done nothing for the Morins – “doesn't mind” about the Americans, border emperor Tom Homan said on Fox. “(Democrats) don't have daughters. Are they paying absolutely no attention for the American citizens who are victims of these crimes?”
Domestic abusers?
But Progarcia Democrats apparently don't know much about the men they think US officials have mistakenly deported.
Independent journalist Andy NGO has delved into Garcia's court records and posted them on X.
“The wife of deported gang terrorist Kilmer Abrego Garcia lied to the court when she petitioned an order to protect domestic violence against him.
Court records show that Vazquez filed “domestic violence” charges against an illegal foreigner.
But surprisingly, Garcia is what we have to believe. Certainly, the way the GoFundMe website describes him, he was able to appear in his father's reboot.
“Kilmer is a great father,” the fundraiser says, citing his wife, Jennifer Vasquez. Before he was sent home, he was the “main provider” of the family and “love of my life for over seven years.”
“It was devastating and confused,” Vasquez said, “We lost our (her) life partner, my children have lost our father, and our family, neighbors, colleagues and friends are all devastated due to this unfair separation of family.”
GofundMe's efforts continued:
Jennifer and her three children struggle emotionally and financially in his absence. Their youngest child is exploding out of control due to the pain of their father's absence. To comfort himself, he searches for Kilmer's work clothes and smells them. His daughter suffered from a stress attack and had to carry emergency medical care. Jennifer can't afford to spend time looking after her children. She is now their only provider.
With this writing, GoFundMe raised almost $200,000.
