Top Democrats continue to be invited to immigration issues to demand that El Salvador return the US and return the deported illegal aliens suspected of membership in the Savage MS-13 murder gang.
Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen wrote to the ambassador of El Salvador of Milena Mayorga to ask for a meeting with President Naive Buquere, who said Kilmer Abrego Garcia would not be returned. Horen also vows to lead the false Arien Democrat delegation to retrieve him on a trip to El Salvador.
Harkeem Jeffries, a Democrat minority in New York, told MSNBC speaker Jen Psaki that if Garcia is not returned, federal courts must lightly empty the courts and retain one or more Trump administrations. The left and right federal district judges ordered the return, but the U.S. Supreme Court said the administration would “promote that,” adding that the federal courts have no jurisdiction over US foreign policy.
But again, whether Garcia will return will be up to Buckel, not the Trump administration. Garcia is not an American, but a Salvador.
Overall, Democrats' concerns about Garcia prove one thing. Democrats consider illegal members – “the people we care most.”
Boot out
The latest illegal Arien drama began on March 15th when Trump retreated Garcia, where he belonged, to El Salvador. He is imprisoned in the national terrorist confinement centre.
Garcia sued, and falsely said that Justice Department lawyers and other Trump officials were deported for “administrative errors,” District Judge Paul Sinnis of Maryland District Court ruled that the former President Barack Obama had been appointed by former President Barack Obama – had to return him to the United States.
The Trump administration appealed to the US Supreme Court. The administration decided that it was 9-0, saying that “we must promote his return.”
As White House aide Stephen Miller told Fox News, the ruling was a victory for the administration.
“(The Court) can force the court to encourage you to return means that if El Salvador voluntarily sends him back, we won't block him at the airport,” Miller said. “We'll return him to ice detention and then he'll be deported to El Salvador or somewhere else.”
Miller also said Garcia received the final removal order in 2019.
There is no withholding order
“Now some people said, but he had what he called a 'withholding order' to stop the deportation,” Miller continued.
A withholding order means an order that you were deported, but the immigration judge says you cannot return to a particular country. Here it is: If you are a member of a foreign terrorist organization, you cannot have a withholding order.
He is on MS-13 and has no withholding order. Furthermore, the gangsters accused of being persecuted are no longer present in El Salvador! The gang on 18th Avenue is gone.
Miller explained to reporters at Trump Bukele Powwow at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
And as Trump declared MS-13 a terrorist organization, Miller said Garcia “is no longer eligible for a form of immigration relief… Under our laws, this means that he was not even allowed to exist in the United States and had to be returned for designation of a foreign terrorist.”
At the same meeting, Bukere said that Garcia would not be returned because such a proposal is “authorised.”
“How can I smuggle terrorists into the United States?” asked Bukel. “We have no power to bring him back to the US.”
Democrats: People we are most interested in
Enter Van Hollen and Democrats.
“I am writing to discuss the illegal detention of my constituent member Kilmer Abrego Garcia, urgently calling for a meeting with President Bukere during my current visit to the United States,” Van Hollen began a letter to Mayorga.
The US Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Abrego Garcia was mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison. In a court filing with a federal judge in Maryland on Saturday evening, the Trump administration confirmed that Kilmer Abrego Garcia was in custody at the El Salvador Terrorist Confinement Center. However, they did not detail the measures taken to promote his return, as mandated by the Supreme Court.
Florida Democratic leader Maxwell Frost rang with an X:
We must all stand as a united front against the temptation and illegal detention of Kilmer Abrego Garcia of El Salvador.
Senator, I want to join you and help organize other members of the house to do the same.
“We need the answer right now,” writes Yasamine Ansari, Democrat leader of Arizona. “Senator @vanhollenformd and my colleague @maxwellfrostfl, @robertgarcia in El Salvador, are ready to join us.
Garcia fans of Capitol Hill seem to know that the US Supreme Court has no authority over El Salvador.
“I hope to strengthen pressure on the Trump administration and follow the directions of the Supreme Court,” he told Pasaki.
Scotus and the district must enforce an order to return Garcia with a quoting of state and homeland security secretary, Jeffries said.
And Van Hollen says, “He's either returned his members or he'll go to El Salvador himself.” Jeffries explained.
And that is exactly the type of action we can do as members of Congress to highlight, dramatize, expand, and force injustice to comply with and enforce it.
That all means Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy spoke to MSNBC speaker Chris Hayes for the party when he told illegal aliens were “the people we care most.”
