Crockett: Illegal entry is not a crime. The AOC has hired illegal foreigners for its staff.

US leader Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the New York Democrats' far left open borders, is not the only member of Congress who does not understand US immigration law.

The other is Jasmine Rockett, the open borders on the far left of the Texas Democrats.

Like Ocasio-Cortez, Crockett believes that jumping up the US border is merely a civil violation of the law. Not that, but that didn't stop ignorant lawmakers from spitting nonsense on MSNBC.

Soon, Border Emperor Tom Homan revised Crockett. Yes, Homan said that crossing the border illegally is a crime because he has so many other things.

Crockett and Ocasio-Cortez are not the only leftists who don't understand the law. There are no journalists either.

The importation of their claims against women in Congress is that their ignorance of their laws could lead them to legal trouble.

Example: Ocasio-Cortez. She illegally hired an illegal foreigner she self-reported as a top staff member last week.

What Crockett said

Speaking of the MSNBC segment, “Trump's first 100 days” did not have the legal opinion that he wanted to ignore the legal opinion that he might become an illegal alien who might consider crossing the border.

“They're going on like “illicitors” and they've broken the incoming laws,” she said:

But what they haven't told the American people is that it's a civil offence. Entrying illegally is not a criminal offence. …It's not a crime. That's why they're so frustrated. Because they really want our local law enforcement to close out when they can look for murderers, sexual abusers and robbers. They want them to go and close the people with civil accusations.

He had many times in the past, so Homan revised the legally illiterate lawmaker.

Ocasio-Cortez: It's legal to seek asylum.

Homan: When you want to seek asylum, you go through the port of entry and do it in a legitimate way. The U.S. Attorney General made that clear.

Another leftist who doesn't understand the law is Dana Bash of CNN.

Open Birder Bash had questioned Homan about his recommendation that the Justice Department was investigating Ocasio-Cortez for blocking enforcement of federal immigration laws. Lawmakers were holding webinars for illegals on their Facebook page. The webinar didn't just provide rude and highly potential advice that broke the law.

Bash has closed the interview with this claim. “Undocumented is a civil crime, not a criminal.”

The segment was closed before Homan corrected her.

8 US Code 1325 states:

Any attempt to (1) an alien attempting to enter or enter the United States at any time other than those designated by the Immigration Officer, or (2) to avoid examination or inspection by the Immigration Officer, or (3) to attempt to deliberately conceal the willful misrepresentation or intentional fact for the first mandate of the willful misrepresentation or intentional deletion of the willful delegation of the Commission, will then be fined under Title 18 or imprisoned within two years for the subsequent commission of such crime.

Aliens are also subject to civil fines, but “civil penalties under this subsection may be imposed rather than in place of prisons or other civil penalties.”

Last week, Diego de La Vega, one of the staff at Ocasio-Cortez, was self-declared.

The Ecuadorian illegals landed here when he was seven years old, an immigrant insider reported. He has registered for the illegal, postponed action of President Barack Hussein Obama's Children's Arrivals Program (DACA).

As an adult, he became a destructive political activist on behalf of his fellow illegals.

“Dellavega has become politically active after witnessing the failed dream in 2010 when the bill was short on five votes in the Senate,” the Immigration Insider reported.

He began organizing roads for immigration rights first as a communications worker for the New York State Legislature and then the immigration rights group as Make The Road NY. His first big victory was in 2021 as a digital organizer for Make the Road, helping to secure a $2.1 billion fund offering $15,000 relief checks to undocumented workers who were excluded from federal pandemic aid.

Ocasio-Cortez took notes and hired him, and he became her assistant communications director.

8 US Code 1324(a) prohibits illegal foreign employment by the federal government and even Congress.

The law “prohibits people or other organizations… aliens who know that aliens are unauthorized aliens to hire, recruit or refer them for employment in the United States,” Congressional Research Services explained in a report on the employment of DACA tortillas.

The provision also prohibits the continued employment of aliens that have been found to be fraudulent. These restrictions apply to “individuals or other entities” who continue to hire, hire, hire, hire, or continue to employ aliens known to lack employment permits. These restrictions apply not only to private companies, but also to “entities in all sectors of the federal government.”

The law also criminalizes having illegals.
