The Constitution Party presidential candidate published an open letter to various pro-life leaders and organizations.
Randall Terry is asking them to help raise money for campaign ads, but surprisingly he hasn't asked voters to support him. Instead, they display images of aborted babies to persuade people not to vote for Kamala Harris. “A vote for Kamala is like a vote for a murdered baby,” Terry says.
He is taking advantage of a law that prohibits federally licensed television and radio networks from censoring or editing presidential candidates' political campaign commercials. As long as the campaign pays the standard advertising rate, its message must be broadcast.
Terry's campaign has produced numerous ads, which can be viewed on his website (Terry2024.com). His letter, also signed by vice presidential candidate Reverend Stephen Broden, reads in part:
We are doing something nationally that no one has ever done before. It's about showing the victims of abortion, the murdered babies. Because we are presidential and vice presidential candidates, our television ads will air uncensored and at the lowest prices on federally licensed television and radio stations nationwide. Additionally, I (Pastor Broden) appeared on national television and exposed the genocide of black people in words and images that no one had ever used before. Pro-life groups rightly lament the fact that the media hides the truth about abortion. This censorship and bias is well documented. We are now overcoming that censorship with uncensored television advertising. This is not a protest with placards in the streets (we do that too). This is not a banner on a bridge (nor are we). This is not another pro-life presentation in the church, a “sermon to the choir” (which we do too). These are truthful television ads that reach tens of millions of homes to men and women who have never faced the truth before.
Our campaign offers a great opportunity for you and the entire pro-life movement. We can present the truth, “speak truth to power,” and call on voters to fear God and protect babies by voting. We are calling on Catholics and Black Democrats who have traditionally voted Democratic to abandon the godless Democratic Party because they are at war with their children. We believe this is also on your agenda.
Our mission is to protect our children, defeat Kamala, and destroy the Democratic Party. We are committed to helping defeat Kamala in a way that does not hurt President Trump. We have been successful in this mission so far. (Our goal is clear from the advertising as well as the extensive media coverage we have received.)
Our campaigns allow us (and you) to tell the truth unhindered. As we have suggested it to most of you, we make it again to all of you. You can tell the truth on screen if you want. All I (Randall) need to do is say, “I'm Randall Terry. I approve this message.”
We have made political and broadcast history, showing tens of millions of Americans the uncensored truth and urging them to repent for voting for a child murderer. And we did it at a fraction of the budget most pro-life organizations spend on staff salaries.
Even if you want to, this is something you can't do with a Super PAC, PAC, 501-c 3, or 501-c 4. Some people have PACs or Super PACs. As you know, you don't have unlimited and uncensored access to broadcast television. But your PAC or super PAC can donate to us and we can show you the truth.
Catholic Vote recently tried to air a strong TV ad on CBS saying Kamala supports transgender surgery for children. This is a true statement. However, CBS rejected the ad. But while we can run ads like this and even harsher attacks, CBS cannot cover up the truth and protect Kamala. They can't deny us advertising time…if we can pay for it.
That's why we're reaching out to you. We need your help, and you need our help too. It helps show us the truth that we all know. (Randall says: I wouldn't put my face and name on the screen if it wasn't required by FCC and FEC laws. This isn't about me, it's about ending this holocaust. )

Sadly, I've heard the excuse that “tax-exempt, 501c3” status prohibits political involvement. This is false. I'll leave the stupidity and betrayal of this argument for another day. Our TV ads (against Kamala or against any of our state's ballots) are airing on local television in Arizona, Missouri, New York, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida. It also airs nationally on The View, Jimmy Kimmel and ABC World News Tonight. Other networks will also see more “national ad buys.” The baby is saved because the mother sees these ads. If we have the resources, and with your help, we can defeat the baby killers in our state elections. Please seize this moment with us. We are asking for your active support right now. Our campaign is the only way to get this message to tens of millions of voters without censorship. Social media doesn't allow that. PS from Pastor Broden: There are two things that need to be addressed. First, several people said they wouldn't work with Randall Terry. Put your individuality aside and focus on the opportunity. Randall's vision and tireless efforts have made it possible for all of us, including myself, to share this moment with the nation as a free voice for God and babies.
Second, as a Black pastor and pro-life leader, I'm angry at anyone who won't help me run this ad. The pro-life movement has long declared that “abortion is a dark genocide,” and that's clear. The movement also used this horrifying truth to raise tens of millions of dollars, but with little impact or impact on the black community. Now, by the grace of God, I can reach millions of black voters and say, “Abortion is black genocide!” We aired dead black babies in Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and even on national television, like I did on ABC World News Tonight. You can call on your fellow black people to stop voting for Democrats. Can you help me reach them with my ads? Or will they just exploit “black genocide” as a fundraising tactic?
