The fight to shut down carbon capture pipelines in the five Midwest states has had some positive results. But the power behind it has not given up. Three more conditions are currently being targeted. This tyranny against the peasants can be stopped, but only when civilians have strong resolve and commitment to combat freedoms.
The carbon capture pipeline is one of the worst environmental scams ever. Over my years of fighting radical left lies and insane policies, this is undoubtedly their stupidest plan, but it is also one of the most dangerous things we have ever faced.
Thousands of acres of privately owned food production Midwest Cornbelt farmland covers a 1,300-mile-long carbon capture pipeline. The targeted states are South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and Nebraska.
The scam is to capture and transport CO2 carbon dioxide underground!
CO2 will be buried in underground tanks. To stop global warming! The worst part about this ridiculous scam is its neglect of biological science. CO2 is not a contaminant. It is a natural food for trees and plants. You can't live without CO2.
There is a scientific fact that radical greenery ignores it. For life to exist on Earth, an average of 1,600 parts of CO2 is required in the atmosphere. But now, we only have 400/1 million copies, according to charts provided by the US Navy. In other words, we are facing CO2 hunger!
Still, these so-called environmental experts are working to fill the ground with what we have. The project is as stupid and dangerous as Bill Gates' plan to set up a Sky-level shield to block the sun. And he proposed it with a straight face!
As I have warned for over 35 years, this is all part of the plot required for Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, Green New Deal, and Great Reset. In their words, it is “a blueprint for the reorganization of human society.” It has nothing to do with environmental protection. It's a scary tactic to leave your freedom to their global control.
Currently, American farmers are at the forefront of the ground war to force them to reorganize. Control food – control our entire society. They face unelected appointed government committees from rich companies set to grab federal tax money to build pipelines. An appointed government committee providing the power of a prominent domain will allow those companies to bring in the farmland they want.
I've run through them all! It all started with me sponsored by the John Birch Association and travelling to Iowa to address the issue of carbon capture pipelines. We learned that two major companies seeking to build a pipeline are Summit Carbon Solutions and Navigator CO2 ventures.
They wrote to the farmland on the proposed path of the pipeline, saying, “Our goal is to reach a voluntary agreement with all landowners along the project route…” The goal was to have all landowners sign easements to “voluntarily” give up on their land on the project path.
That path of the pipeline does not follow the edge of the facility. There, it does not interfere with the use of farmers to grow crops. No, the pipeline snakes across farms wherever businesses want it. And it's not just a groove for the pipe. It also includes buffer zones that are over 20 feet wide. Farmers lose control over the entire area.
But that gets worse. The summit letter states that if the farmers refuse to voluntarily cooperate, “if they are unable to do so voluntarily, they may need to request a prominent domain (condemnation) from the (unelected) Iowa Utility Committee.” In other words, companies will simply use prominent domains to take the land. Can you imagine how the farmers felt? Who was standing with them to protect their land and their livelihoods?
I was then given a copy of a letter written by an Iowa County supervisor. The supervisor did not support the pipeline, but said, “There's not much we can do. It's just going to happen.”
That's when I barnstormed the state and spoke to the local audience, I challenged all county supervisors. “What a dare,” I said. “Who do you represent?” “Who do you support these citizens? You have pledged your pledge to represent them.” Furthermore, the Iowa Utility Committee accused him of not being elected by anyone. And it was not the boss of these elected officials. I challenged them – “You are a coward! When are you going to stand up and serve those who elected you?”
I was surprised to learn that my speech was recorded by a local activist. He used recordings to create 300 DVDs and handed them out statewide, including many county supervisors. He then rented a cinema and showed my recorded speech to a larger public audience.
As a result, supervisors from several counties acted. Several counties have begun to pass the Property Protection Act of Citizens in their individual sectors. The law helped to act as a barrier to the pipeline, even if other counties did not take action. It was a great start to our efforts to stand up to the business.
The fighting then moved to South Dakota, where many farmers were publicly opposed to the pipeline. Again, like Iowa, I traveled the state, talking to local activists, providing ideas on how to get up and fight to protect their property and farmers. In fact, I was given credit from several local activists for encouraging positive action in their fight.
The fight in South Dakota became vicious as businesses took action to silence the opposition. One farmer Jared Bosley was very open against the pipeline. He specifically notified that signs posted on his property should not come to his property without his permission.
Summit Carbon Solutions has decided to set his example to show other farmers what will happen to other farmers if they openly oppose the pipeline. One day, without warning, the summit arrived at his home as Bosley was working in his field. They began to walk around his property and even entered his barn where he had a farm office.
His wife was called Jared, who was scared of these strangers in their land, he was athletic on the field. On a quick six-second call with her, he said “we need to get the sheriff involved.”
Jared did not speak directly to the surveyor. However, these surveyors reported that he had threatened their lives. He didn't do that. However, the judge issued a restraining order on him, as if he were dangerous to trespassers in these corporations.
Less than two weeks later, the Summit sent another team into his property, equipped with armed guards and enormous equipment designed to drill holes in his soil, 90 feet deep. They drove this monster equipment on top of his soy and corn crops and destroyed them. However, by the judge's order, Jared was not permitted to confront or interact with them on his own property.
It is clear that the purpose of the summit in this intimidation tactic was to scare other farmers from opposing their own land pipeline and silence their opposition. That tactic backfired! Instead of silence them, the peasants rose to their feet as they opposed. Within days, farmers held a rally at the South Dakota State Capitol, demanding that the governor and the state legislature take action to protect their property rights.
The fight has changed positive direction. Suddenly, the navigator canceled plans to build a pipeline. Additionally, South Dakota Governor Larry Roden recently signed a bill banning the use of prominent domains in carbon capture pipelines.
Of course, it should be a big victory and end the threat. But the real problem is the summit carbon solution. We are planning legal action to stop the ban. The summit also continues its pipeline to North Dakota, looking for new routes around South Dakota. Recently, a new carbon capture pipeline project has been announced, covering Ohio, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania. In these states, the battle begins anew.
Carbon capture pipelines are scams that have nothing to do with environmental protection. It is simply a weapon to take valuable farmland, as evil forces work to impose us on our global agenda. A key weapon to stop the threat is to fight for the protection of property rights. Local elected officials must make a decision – who do they represent? – Private companies, unelected committees, or people who elected them?
