Kamala Harris is known to many for her rambling words, her strange laugh, her odd body movements during speeches, and most recently, her refusal to give press conferences or interviews. Most people assumed this behavior was also incompetence and incompetence. But now a different explanation has emerged.
Rumor has it that Harris has a serious alcohol problem.
In fact, according to one observer, sources close to the candidate “suggest that her entourage has trouble managing her drinking,” which would explain why she holds a limited schedule of “prearranged rallies” and why she often “appears intoxicated” when she disembarks from planes.
It would also explain something else: Mr. Harris' reportedly erratic and abusive behavior toward staff, including berating subordinates, constant swearing, and, bizarrely, forbidding junior staff from making eye contact with him. If, as my acquaintances have said, Mr. Harris's eyes reflect an intoxicated state — bloodshot, glossy, and hollow — then this prohibition makes sense.
By the way, I got the information about Harris being the boss of hell from a longtime Democrat.
Kamarche?
Rumors of Harris' alcoholism have been circulating for some time, American Thinker (AT) reports, but the rumors were brought to light over the weekend by a tweet (below) from Trump campaign associate James Blair.
The ensuing comments on the matter exploded: “Reportedly,” AT wrote, they were unable to keep her sober, and “staff's only option was to keep her away from the microphone” (see related tweets below).
Naturally, the Democratic Party's skilled PR team, i.e. the mainstream media, mobilized to Harris' defence. Newsweek was a prime example. The magazine claimed that there was “no evidence to support the allegations[of alcoholism]made by Trump's allies on social media.” The site called the story “baseless.”
We've heard this story many times before. The mainstream media claimed that the Hunter Biden laptop story was not only unfounded, but was “Russian disinformation.” But it wasn't, as even The New York Times eventually admitted after its investigation. But conveniently, this happened after the 2020 election, when the truth could no longer influence votes.
No evidence?
AT points out that it is a lie to say there was no “evidence” at the time, and that Camarche's story is equally untrue. What is Exhibit A? AT writes:
Based on life experience, the average person can perfectly tell if someone has had too much to drink.
The internet is filled with videos capturing Kamala in strange emotional states: her odd, circumstantial speech, her manic, inappropriate laughter, her constant squirming, and her strange, unfocused hand movements.
AT has since released some explainer videos (below).
The footage below is particularly striking, and perhaps chilling: Behind the scenes, Harris' anger, hostility and intimidation seemed to bubble to the surface.
Here's another video:
Seek and you shall find
Of course, we don't know for sure what the reasons for this behavior were — maybe Harris was drunk, or maybe she's just a weird, mentally challenged person — but we do know for sure that in Joe Biden's case, this is exactly what happened.
Ordinary Americans could spot the signs of dementia: confusion, slurred speech, forgetfulness, an awkward gait, falls. And yet the entire establishment, including the media, gaslighted America. “Joe's got a quick mind,” they said. “Pay no attention to the 'fake news' and the senile old man behind the curtain.”
But if they are hiding a candidate, be it Biden before or Harris now, it is because they are hiding something. And so far there is no court-level evidence to prove Harris' illness. But it is the media's job to find the evidence — to determine if there is something “out there” or just empty theory. They see the smoke, they see Harris' behavior. It is their duty to find the fire, whatever that may be.
Her staff certainly got burned.
In light of this new story, an old one may take on new meaning. As mentioned above, this story was told by lifelong Democrat and former public office holder, Terry McAteer.
Coming from a Democratic family, McAteer's father was San Francisco's city supervisor, and the Democrat wrote in 2019 about when his son, Gregory, decided to follow in his father's footsteps into politics and landed an internship in Harris' attorney general's office. Here is the relevant portion of McAteer's article, as reported by The Union, describing Harris' behavior:
Senator Harris constantly uses the “F-word” and other foul language when scolding her staff and others. Her staff are completely terrified of her and she uses foul language all day long.
As Attorney General, Senator Harris instructed her entire staff to stand up and say, “Good morning, General” when she entered her office each morning.
During her one month internship, Harris never once introduced herself to our son (because his office only had 20 paid employees) and staff were too intimidated by her to introduce him to her.
…Mr Gregory was also instructed never to speak to or make eye contact with Mr Harris as this was a privilege reserved for senior staff members.
Let's hope she's drunk
“Don't look her in the eyes”? Such prohibitions may have been typical of ancient powers who fancied themselves gods – Chinese emperors or Egyptian pharaohs – but they would be at least as frightening for a modern politician.
If you agree with Twitter user Joshua Steinman, the most plausible explanation for this behavior would be drunkenness. If Harris was simply worried about being seen drunk by her subordinates, she might not be dangerously narcissistic at the very least. But her overall behavior, drunk or sober, is still problematic.
Speaking of “evidence,” how much evidence do you think the mainstream media would demand if Donald Trump did what he did with Harris?
