If Americans need a reason to elect former President Donald Trump on Nov. 5, the latest data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection might provide just that.
The Biden-Harris Administration has flown in over 500,000 “migrants” from Colombia, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela under the illegal CHNV program.
Fox News' Bill Melgin reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement doesn't have the manpower to deport penniless illegal immigrants.
Now, if any of these “immigrants” commit rape, like the two Biden “immigrants” from Haiti who are facing charges, Democrats want them to stay in the country. Over 150 Democrats voted this week to protect “immigrant” sex offenders from deportation.
CBP Data
The Biden “immigration” news appears in CBP’s monthly release update, an ongoing data release that tells the American public that the Biden-backed invasion of future Democrats continues full steam ahead.
“DHS has resumed processing new Advance Travel Authorizations (ATAs) in parole proceedings for certain nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV),” the department announced.
As part of its internal investigation, DHS has implemented additional safeguards in the CHNV process, incorporating rigorous enhanced vetting, including background and biometric screening, for U.S.-based donors.
All CHNV beneficiaries are thoroughly screened and vetted by CBP prior to their arrival in the United States and, once they purchase their own commercial ticket, must meet other eligibility criteria to travel to the United States in a safe, orderly and lawful manner.
All of these screenings and background checks will be news to the victim of the Biden “migrant” from Haiti who arrived on Biden Airlines and was arrested on rape charges; it will also be news to the family of nursing student Laken Riley; and the Biden “migrant” from Venezuela who was released at the border awaiting trial on murder charges.
“Through the end of August 2024, approximately 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans had entered the country lawfully on commercial flights and had been granted parole under these procedures,” CBP continued.
Specifically, more than 111,000 Cubans, approximately 214,000 Haitians, more than 96,000 Nicaraguans, and approximately 121,000 Venezuelans have been screened and permitted to travel, while more than 110,000 Cubans, more than 210,000 Haitians, approximately 93,000 Nicaraguans, and approximately 117,000 Venezuelans have entered the country legally and been granted parole.
Since DHS implemented these safe, orderly, and lawful processes, encounters of CHNV nationals between ports of entry have decreased by 99%.
A near 100 percent reduction in interactions at ports of entry is hardly a victory: Biden simply avoided stopping them at the border and flew them directly into the country.
And indeed, as detailed in the articles of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, the process is not “lawful”: Congress never authorized the program.
Weakening of the rule of law
In a post on X, Melugin detailed how the Biden-Harris administration has undermined the rule of law.
Some 813,000 “migrants” are scheduled to be released at the border thanks to Biden's equally illegal smartphone app, CBP One.
“These numbers are not included in the Border Patrol data because these are 'legal pathways' created by the Biden administration, not illegal crossings,” Melgin wrote. Once in the country on two-year parole, the “migrants” are allowed to work.
“Every ICE source and contact I spoke to said the same thing: they don't have the manpower or resources to track down and deport large numbers of people who have exceeded their two-year authorization period,” Melgin continued.
As things stand, ICE's backlog is expected to reach 8 million by the end of the year, with each ICE agent handling an average of 7,000 cases. ICE is already tasked with tracking and removing people with final orders of removal, felons, and fugitives. The agency does not have the physical resources to track and remove these additional people, and according to a recent DHS Inspector General report, there is no government agency to monitor parole expirations.
Ultimately, the more than 1 million immigrants the Biden administration allowed into the U.S. through these programs will remain in the country even if they lose their immigration status and end up here illegally.
Of course, that was the plan all along: If elected president, Harris has vowed to naturalize them and get new Democrats on the ballot in record time.
Democrats: Don't deport rapists
And if these “immigrants” do commit rape, at least 158 Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives are prepared to punish them: not deport them.
They voted against South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace's Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Immigrants Act.
The bill, which passed with a vote of 266 to 158, with 51 Democrats in favor, would make illegal sex offenders subject to denial of entry and deportation, and would also apply to illegal aliens who have engaged in acts of stalking, domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, and abandonment.
The vote was not surprising. Connecticut Democratic Senator Chris Murphy said illegal immigrants are “the people we care about the most,” which likely includes illegal immigrant rapists and child molesters.
Message from the Democrats: Biden's “immigrants” who entered the country directly through illegal parole programs should not be deported after serving their sentences. Rather, they should be allowed to stay, become citizens, and become voters. So they can rape and abuse children as much as they want.
That goes for the rest of us too.
